Job Description
• Communication and corporation between the distributions s and company departments to respond to their enquiries and requests.
• Develop and administer a business development database that includes client and prospect information, proposal tracking and follow up, analysis of competition and performance metrics.
• Assistant in preparing proposals related to new business to management.
• Assist in new products proposal, writing submission of requests to the R and D.
• Prepare Export sales reports and revising it to be sent to the manager
• Keep filling documents for any paperwork , including soft and hard copy
• Maintaining Index for all files for easier search(tender-quotations- payment requests , etc.)
• Prepare quotations documents for international Sales
• Follow up and manage purchasing request for the business development
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree pharmacy or other scientific faculty
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in administrative field.
