Customer Service Coordinator
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
· Monitor customer service operations to ensure meeting customers and business needs on time in full while managing zero business waste.
· Act as a key contact person between SC, Finance and CD to ensure smooth execution during month zero.
JOB SUMMARY
· Manage the SCR meeting inputs within the S&OP monthly cycle.
· Creation and sharing of both EGY and SUD monthly plans with stakeholders
· Manage the weekly operational meeting (WOM) with E2E planning team.
· Manage the Co-packing WOM and securing of goods for Co-packing.
· Manage the Exclusive promotions planning cycle with CD, CM & SC.
· Working daily with the factory warehouse teams to allocate stocks at the correct locations (through POB tool)
· Working with distribution team to ensure stocks are correctly located according to forecasted sales orders.
· Manage all Sudan shipments (Weather FGL or FGI) through close communications with all concerned parties (Sudan team , Finance , exports team )
· Maintain highest quality standards, ensure safe working practice and care for environment through total compliance with the guidelines set up in the Company Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Consumer safety policy of Unilever
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· 2-3 of experience in a relevant field
· Bachelor degree in Engineering
