HR Senior Specialist

•  Supports in building the VIS outsourcing budget.
• Manages VIS/Egypt outsourcing activities budgeting, Hiring administration, Leaves, Payroll, and Discipline Management.
• Manages the outsourcing reward annualreview cycle.
• Manages grievances and disciplinary actions complying with company code of conduct, policies, and regulations for VIS.
• Analyses the violations trends and come up with root cause analysis and recommended resolutions.

• Meeting VF Outsourcing Operations Manual.
• Code of Conduct Labor Law compliance.
