Logisctics Supervisor 

• Ordering of Material
• Following up, synchronizing manufacturing cycle with customer delivery obligations' milestone to avoid any delay and penalties
• Follow up all missing  parts ordered for the equipment to achieve complete delivery pursuant to the contract include cooperation with the project manager
• Placing and monitoring Orders issuance for Healthcare In-vivo  products  on Spiridon (Version of  SAP).
• Responsible about all regulatory affairs for Siemens Healthcare in Egypt (quality certificates , notified bodies ,….etc )
• Responsible of Following up quotation requests to meet the time line set by the account sales manager & tender requirements
• Daily Coordinating with Siemens Ltd. for Trading for shipment customs clearance status
• Following up dispatching the trucks / cars to deliver shipments to the sites.
• Following up orders status and fulfill all requirements with Siemens logistics in HQ facilities as all others in USA , Korea … etc,
• Ensure smooth shipments workflow from EX-WK till delivering to the end user (customer site) including coordination with local transportation/ rigging subcontractors 
• Negotiating with marine lines for shipment extended free demurrage time in case of long warehousing
• Additionally for Direct B. (e.g.MOD), organize all importation documents & processes till delivery at end user location
• Preparing  MOH Regulatory & Importation  files which are presented to MOH by Siemens Ltd For Trading ( Siemens Importer) or by the  customers / partners who import shipment in their names
• Revise and control the importation invoices and the certificates of origin with MOH regulatory requirements in addition to Revising & Control importation invoices issued by HQ, Siemens Ltd for Trading as well as any other cross border supplier.
