Position: Estimator.
Branch: Cairo, Obour City
Job Description:
• Prepares and submits tenders, bids and registration procedures
• Monitors the bid management cycle
• Reviews enquiry documentation and assists with the formulation of order winning strategies.
• Finalizes tender design, BOM and technical documents
• Proposes offers to get the most optimized solutions
• Evaluates target and market prices and prepares price comparisons for estimates
• Reviews all tender documents: technical bid, specifications, price bid (BOQ) enquiry, submittal & drawings
• Estimates quantities, analyzed the rates and works out the cost
• Attends meetings & writes MOMs: pre-bid, technical, commercial, tender adjudication, post-bid and kickoff
• Builds and maintains pricing and estimating databases
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Instrumentation and control experience background
• Must be aware of some Fire and Gas Systems (Autronica, Honeywell...)
• Proficiency in English language.
• Past experience in an Oil & Gas Contracting Organization is preferred.
