Sr. Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sales invoices and expense statements for data entry and post to BPCS.
  • Perform matching between Sales (qty), COGS and customer PO's (Cost matching including inventory reconciliations).
  • Issue customer Sales invoices on BPCS and related processes.
  • Perform customer statement reconciliations.
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and review.
  • Proactive follow-up on collections.
  • Handle Customer issues and collect customer rebates.
  • Delivery of invoices to customers and collection of receivable checks with extensive follow up.
  • Support in the affiliate internal and external Audit and deal with queries arising.
  • Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls and report any concerns to management.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Qualified Accountant

  • 3+ years' experience working in accounting Preferably Pharmaceutical.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and data processing systems.
  • Sense of responsibility for meeting monthly reporting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, tax and fiscal systems.
  • Excellent communications skills (Verbal & Written).
  • Good analytical skills.

Service Operation Process Owner

Responsibilities:
  • Acting as analyst, facilitator, project manager and process author, define and document Problem management processes, procedures, guidelines or other documentation including interfaces with rest of the organization.
  • Review existing processes, identify gaps with ITIL and propose improvement action plans.
  • Lead internal audits, work closely with Service Managers, Problem Managers, Service desk leaders, level2/3 managers, … to capture all process/procedure requirements and own the plan for managing the gaps.
  • Manage processes, gathering requirements from various OBS divisions and partners, defining and agreeing objectives and scope of the process, as part of the end-to-end company wide process description.
  • Support worldwide consistent understanding and adherence to processes by providing expertise to answer questions and clarify inconsistencies.
  • Ensure key partners/customers processes are integrated with the processes.
  • Put in place a quality control plan that will validate process/procedures are being adhered to
  • Put in place a maintenance plan that will assure a regular review and refresh of process/procedures, to reduce out-of-date documentation, ensuring new changes are communicated to appropriated interlocutors,
  • Define required budget of investments necessary to lead successfully the mission (tools, training, audits, furniture).
  • Arrange periodic awareness campaigns on problem management.
  • Work with Service Asset and Configuration Management Process Owner to identify CIs/attributes related to Problem Management process and ensure problem records are linked to CMDB.
  • Review the efficiency and effectiveness of the problem management process using the adequate KPI for this.
  • Ownership and protection of the Known Error Database (KEDB)
  • Represent the "Delegate Process Owner" (DPO) in the CS&O Process Support Model, representing ESC

Experience/Qualifications:
  • Engineer degree or equivalent (including professional experience).
  • 5+ years experience in the telecommunication industry.
  • Project or program manager experience
  • ITIL v3 foundation certification is mandatory
  • ITIL V3 Service Operations intermediate level certification is a plus [Service Operations lifecycle or Operational Support and Analysis Capability]
  • Kepner-Tregoe foundation certificate is a plus

Chief Engineer, for Hotels

  • Make regular inspections over the hotels properties to inspect areas including but not limited to the building structure, floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, equipment fixtures, air conditioning/central heating, water, sewage, alarms, safety systems (eg. for fire or emergencies), lifts (elevators), utilities such as electricity, equipment for kitchens, laundries, etc.
  • Oversee the properties preventive maintenance programs to ensure consistent, reliable operation of systems and to minimize downtime and loss.
  • To continually monitor quality standards To monitor efficiency, consumption, and hotels allocation of water, electricity, and other fuel sources.
  • To monitor conditions, operational quality, and maintenance of hotel machinery & vehicles
  • To ensure that service and quality standards are maintained by engineering staff personnel consistent with a luxury resort hotel.
  • To inspect rooms-related preventative maintenance, rooms refurbishment, and public area projects on a regular basis.
  • To inspect and evaluate maintenance contracts and major purchases made by the hotel
  • To promote and comply with all policies and procedures of Travco Group.
  • To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
  • To inspect and promote practice of safe work habits at all times
  • To ensure safe work practices of all maintenance staff, including compliance with company and departmental safety rules and regulations and the proper use and handling of all relevant equipment.

The candidate's Desired skills are to be:
  • Familiar with general maintenance requirements of luxury resort environment
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen, water features, and general building construction
