- Receive and distribute ticket/notification number as required
- Forward service incident to respective technical support (TSE) in time and w/o any delay
- Escalate to Customer Care Center Manager when the resource is not available
- Enter service reports into ERP (SPIRIDON) system after receiving it from the field force.
- Monitor the service report return from the field force.
- Escalate to Customer Care Center Manager when a report is not returned in defined time
- Monitor customer satisfaction on every finished service on daily bases
- Generate daily performance reports as defined
- Support operational group (tech-support / dispatch / logistics) in administration work
- Receive requests from technical support and coordinate assigned dispatch requests
- Identify Suitable Field Staff by optimizing: qualification, availability, location, overtime
- Resolve resource conflicts by re-planning of activities within the defined scope
- Manage escalations in case of unavailability of field staff according to the defined process
- Coordinate Order and Delivery of spare parts as required by Service staff
- Coordinate spare part delivery and synchronization with CSE - optimize planning
- Monitor service delivery by field staff
- Ensure Estimated Time of Arrival is met: re-plan changes and inform the customer
- Control field staff on site time: re-plan changes where necessary
- Monitor spare part delivery status: re-plan changes where necessary
- Inform customer about changes to plan

Installation Engineer Responsibilities: -
Accountable for the delivery of the installation project and site safety -
Secure efficient management of environmental aspects of the installation -
Accountable for the financial result of the project -
Participate to the sales/installation hand-over and validate the term of the order received from the customer together with sales -
Plan and organize the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and place the orders to subcontractors and Non KONE factory material suppliers -
Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness -
Use correct KONE installation methods throughout the installation -
Ensure cost control as per action plans during budget -
Responsible for administrative activities of the project and report project progress to superiors -
Collaborate with Accounts payable / Controlling to ensure site activities are planned and executed in accordance with contractual payment terms and actual payments received -
Accountable for customer satisfaction and quality of installation -
Develop and maintain a cordial and professional relationship with the sub-contractors -
Accountable for site operatives development and wellbeing, and manage the performance of the team
Requirements: -
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering -
Experience with proven track record in a similar role in the elevators industry is a must -
Very Good English communication skills

EHS Officer RESPONSIBILITIES: - General
- Cooperate with the various stakeholders to achieve EHS objectives.
- Support the Project EHS Manager to perform EHS Risk Assessment and to define appropriate measures to control risks.
- Implement and maintain emergency plans.
- Coordinate and control activities with respect of EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or client's areas.
- Provide support and advice to project personnel to prevent injury, damage to equipment, fire, environmental pollution.
- Monitor and assist the EHS team on site.
- Conduct induction programs for new EHS people in the site.
- Recognize the best practices and the good performance. React to violations to regulations and Alstom Standards.
- Advise other Project personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to project activities.
- Develop Project EHS Management System
- Support the Project EHS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures, method statments and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO45001).
- Support the Project EHS Manager to ensure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (AZDP, TOP_E) are deployed at Project level.
- EHS Compliance
- Ensure compliance of the project activities according to the EHS Plan, guidelines and work instructions.
- Perform EHS legal compliance checks for specific requirements.
- Develop EHS culture in the project
- Inform, instruct and train employees to carry out the work in safe & environment-friendly mode according to the method of statement.
- Participate in the implementation of the project EHS training programs by providing EHS inductions and ensuring Tool Box meetings are organized.
- Report, Measure & Review
- Support the EHS Project Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyze accidents/incidents in order to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the preparation of monthly EHS reports.
- Carry out inspections of work areas and carry out EHS audits and report any discrepancy.
Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION - Bachelor Degree of Engineering or Science.
- Health & Safety Qualification recognized.
