Liabilities Product Senior Manager

Key Accountabilities;
Functional:
· Develops the business cases with necessary market assessment information, current market practices, product offerings, competition strategies, sales channels and risk mitigate.
· Closely liaises with Branches, Treasury and Finance in formulating and maintains products that suits the customer needs without compromising our profitability.
· Liaises with change, Operations & Technology teams for development of processes, infrastructure and IT capability
· Liaises with Finance Planning & Analytics for developing and maintaining the detailed product profitability reports. Post launch, the requirement will be effective portfolio monitoring.
· Monitors performance of Product Line against key measures. Report results with recommendations about performance.
· Ensures up to date knowledge is kept about developing technologies and implemented as appropriate.
· Manages the Product Mix, and Product positioning of all existing and new products.
· Manages product performance against the set targets.
· Manages the key aspects of the income statements such as revenues, expense.
· Implements governance, risk, compliance and control in line with ADIB group policies.
· Interface with operations and branches to ensure that there is a broad understanding of the product processing requirements and meeting business set targets.
· Provides on-going training to front liners on new products.
· Conducts regular and ad hoc surveys for products and services of the Peer Group for all Liability products.
· Responds to all customer complaints received by complaints unit/branches/call centre and ensure proper resolution within the approved turnaround time.
· Follows up on completion of all underlying tasks with business partners which involves the implementation of end-to-end process for new products and services, working with products, channels, operations and IT to ensure that they are fit for purpose and implemented timorously and effectively.
· And any other assigned tasks.
People Management:
· Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time. Reviews and approves the performance appraisals conducted by his first liners to their subordinates, ensuring a timely, efficient and objective Performance Management process.
· Monitors the implementation of the on-the-job training to ensure an on-going skills development process to increase team competence and motivate them to grow the Bank's business and deliver quality results.

Minimum Qualifications:
· University/College Degree.
-9+ Years of experience preferably in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
Generic Skills
· Excellent command of English language.

· Superior communication, and analytical skills

Ability to Work and achieve under pressure and market fluctuations

Your Responsibilities

The Senior Managing Consultant is an active team member who contributes to projects and manages medium to large engagements for Mastercard Advisors clients. Whilst this individual is not expected to be a subject matter expert in the payment cards industry, they will demonstrate expertise in consulting engagement management experience and professional problem-solving skills.
• Provide relevant and value-creating analysis and insight for our clients
• Design well-structured, persuasive and interesting payment strategies, propositions & operating models and deliver them with strong presence
• Lead engagement team thinking and motivate the team to produce superior deliverables
• Develop effective working relationships with senior level clients
• Actively participate in business development and thought leadership activities and ensure knowledge, know-how and best practices are shared and leveraged internally to continuously improve quality and productivity
• Manage, lead, coach & motivate junior consultants as required to ensure optimum consulting team performance

All About You

• Proven consulting experience at a senior level in a top-rated firm or equivalent in a major financial institution
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Professional level English language capability
• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to interpret large amounts of data, some of it ambiguous, and translate it into concise rational output that includes recommendations based upon core findings.
• Strong presence & communication skills – both interpersonal & written
• Excellent client management & engagement management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven team player, team leader & people manager with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment

Languages: Local Language, Fluent English other language skills highly desirable
