Accounts Payable Accountant

Job description
About You
You have the ability to priorities and organize own work in order to make the most efficient use of time available. You are enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team. You have the ability to work in a fast retail environment. You want to create a better life for many individuals at their homes.

What's more, we believe that you have the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:

University degree in Accounting
3+ years Accounts Payable experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
SAP experience is mandatory, MS Navision (advantage)
Proficient in MS office applications
Mathematical and analytical skillls
Excellent Arabic and English communication
Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Confident, Multi-tasking, Prioritizing

About the Role

You ensure that all important documents are constantly monitored and accounting treatment is accurately maintained.


Key Specific Accountabilities:

Review import shipments documents and record the required entries related.
Invoices review and recording
Control clearing agencies accounts and manages their payments.
Ensure the smooth payment preparation
Complete month end duties to ensure all reporting can be completed on time
Supplier Reconciliation
Customs account monitoring
Prepare monthly VAT analysis
Record all travel expenses and analyze the travel expenses account.
Respond to the payable queries by coordinating with the Shared Service office
Petty Cash Accounts and related GL entries
Support the department managers to prepare for audits and has to ensure that auditors queries and requirements for any supporting evidence etc. are provided during the audit.

Customer Service Representative

Department: Act as a primary contact point for QNBAA clients/nonclients. Answer incoming calls received, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, identify significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
Person: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Commerce
Experience:
2 years of experience in the related field
Handling Skills and Customer Oriented Attitude
Excellent Interpersonal & selling skills
High communication skills, especially verbal
Ability to work under pressure & shifts basis
Good knowledge of computer and telephony Environment Fluency in Arabic and English written/spoken

Liabilities Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Review, Develop, product launching, promotional programs, product complete literature pertaining to products under development.
- Managing exiting portfolio to maximize volume growth and profitability
- Managing, reviewing, and revamping existing products to ensure competence pricing internally and externally (competitors)
- Manage P& L for products under management by closely monitoring the financial performance of each product verses the set target.
- Engage segments, branches, acquisition channels, marketing and decision management to drive portfolio growth in terms of number of accounts and balances
- Plan product campaign and manage product portfolio.
-Measuring & monitoring all fees and commission in order to maximize the bank profits
-Own and optimize deposits policies and procedures to improve internal stakeholder and customer experience
-Review and monitor competitor products to ensure competitive edge.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in retail banking products.
Bachelor's degree.
Good presentation skills.
Good command of English language.
Good command of Microsoft office applications
