Project Contracts Manager

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Prepare Contract Summary and ensure it is widely communicated and regularly updated.
Ensure elaboration of the CDRL by the Project team members is launched in time, and ensure it is accurately communicated and updated. Monitor Works towards contract obligations; check schedule and all milestones compliance.
Establish and implement project specific commercial procedures, particularly regarding correspondences, notifications, notices, insurances, variation requests / orders and claims preparation files. Ensure a reliable filing and easy access of the correspondence from, and to, the customer/partners
Develop a pragmatic commercial approach based on contractual analysis of project, to protect on a daily basis AT interests towards customer, partners and, in liaison with sourcing, suppliers/subcontractors.
H/She shall be a member of Project Management Core Team and shall be able to provide necessary contractual advices/guidance to the Project Team.
Liaise with different stakeholders/departments such as Planning, Engineering/Design, Finance/Cost Control, QA/QC, etc. in managing and resolving all contractual issues.
Log and notice facts to customer, prepare and manage all elements and materials for negotiation of claims and counterclaims.
Management of customer/partners Variation Requests / Orders: follow up the VR / VO list, prepare commercial offer and prepare associated contractual letters for the CD / PM approval.
Manage correspondence by analysing for the Project Manager all incoming correspondence, and preparing and reviewing all outgoing contractual correspondence.
Provide and prepare periodic reports to the Region contract Manager, Project Manager and Customer Director a monthly project contractual activity report and when relevant, alert or flash email.
Inform Region Contract Manager, and dedicated in-house lawyer about any amendment, variation, claim, and/or breach that could have significant impact on project in terms of cost and time.
In liaison with Sourcing organisation ensure that terms and conditions are timely and wisely transferred to subcontractors and suppliers. On certain projects the PrCM manage sub-contracts and other similar agreements.
Manage insurance matters .
Ensure mitigation plans are defined and related actions are performed.
Provide at any time, on Management demand, a reliable and understandable contractual and commercial analysis of the project.
Attend all monthly progress meetings with Customer and Project Management Teams.

Educational Requirements
Degree in Legal/Engineering with Solid Contracts Management Experience

Experience
5 years' experience working in contracts management
5 years' commercial experience working in a large multi-national company
5 years in the railway business is desirable
Local customer experience desirable
Good knowledge of railway products and systems is desirable
Experience in Contract/Legal aspects of Industrial Project,
Experience in coordinating International Projects and large Projects,
Good understanding of all project interfaces,
Anticipation and ability to obtain mitigation commitments

Mantrac Egypt is in the search for an extraordinary individual to join our IT team as an IT Help Desk Specialist

Responsibilities:
1- Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical aid over the phone or email.
2- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
3- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware.
4- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems as applicable.
5- Provide basic network troubleshooting.
6- Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setup, upgrade, etc.
7- Basic Hardware replacement using the available items in IT store.
8- Maintaining the inventory by checking and update the inventory with all computer and users details.

Requirements:

1- BSc/BA in any discipline
2- Years of experience from 0 to 2
3- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
4- Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
5- Very good English language proficiency (B1 - B2)
6- Excellent communication skills
7-End user-oriented and cool-tempered
