Job Description
Handling, booking treasury entries and updating the loans/payoffs file.
Recording Journal Entry for Forex, safe and petty cash movements.
Balance sheet reconciliation, correction actions, investigation emails and month reconciliation between intercompany.
Monthly salary deductions and reconciliation.
Employees cash custodies and travel advances settlement.
Recording Payroll Journal Entry and issuing required recharges.
Handling Employees related payables process including expats invoices and payments recording.
Prepare payment requests.
Accruals and Amortization of prepaid expenses.
Intercompany debit notes and recharges.
Sugar invoices recording and sugar rightbacks.
