WE are hiring international call center agent "English Queue".
Requirements:
• University graduates only.
• Native speakers.
• All Nationalities "Preferred Egyptians".
• Both genders.
• Maximum Age 45.
• High concentration.
• Dedicated to the job.
Benefits:
• Net salary 5,000 EGP.
• Social & Medical insurance, VPN after 3 months.
• Transportation from and to Maadi metro station only.
Working conditions:
• Work place: Maadi Call Center Park.
• Working hours: from 10 AM to 07 PM and from 11 AM to 08 PM with fixed days off: Saturdays and Sundays.
Job description:
• Handle an angry customer and serve them in a perfect way by having proper communication & negotiation techniques.
• Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
