• Create logistic pre-specification for new references.
• Suppliers Relation Ship Management
• Strategic implementation of PIPOs, regarding new launches & Renovation.
• Create & update the FG bill of Materials for catalogue.
• Define methods & parameters of procurement
• Manage the component stock level.
• Set monthly schedule requirements for suppliers.
• Analyze availability issues with components.
• Participate in the budget construction
• Ensure availability with suppliers concerning new
components for launches.
