Scope profile :
Develop instructional materials and products and assist in the technical -based redesign of courses. Conduct departmental studies and evaluations, conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures recommendations to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes developmental programs and management consultants for the customer care.
Manage and enhance the technical trainers' skills, ensuring proper delivery of the agreed training needs according to plan and budget.
Development and delivery of efficient and effective training programmers and other learning services within the CC area.

Running Training Needs Assessment & act as a business consultant
Instructional design, Budget management , CC Induction Training
Education & years of experience :
Usually requires a university graduates and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
