Responsibilities :
Should be able to improve the level of service in order to get customer satisfaction
Can Set a comprehensive action plan for the center with all necessary planning and executive aspects for work organizing and distributing purposes. In addition to setting the annual plan
Ability to Watch the costs and making sure that it goes with what is planned and that it is not exceeding the plans
Ability to oversee the development and implementation of plans for the necessary technical training to raise the level of technical competence of workers
Has the ability to develop work methods and procedures to reach the optimal use of resources
Should be able to communicate with service centers solve any problems they face
Ability to analyze all indicators and data that will help in developing work and attract new customer
Should be able to make sure to follow the instructions of the service centers and industrial safety
Job Requirements:
B.SC in Engineering
7 Years Experience or more in the field of home appliances manufacturing (it is
preferable to be in home appliances services)
