universalgroup - Sales Financial Analyst

Job Description:

  1. Prepares multidimensional sales analysis reports (e.g., by customers, by Areas, by products, ......)
  2. Creates sales reports for specific assignments.
  3. Prepares reports detailing a variety of conditions in the market to deliver to management
  4. Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
  5. Provides intricate data analysis through the application of summary statistical methods. (e.g., charts, Time-Series analysis, Multiple-Regression analysis).


Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in administration with an accounting and finance concentration. and five years of experience in sales analysis or a similar position, such as market analysis.
  2. Demonstrated analytical skills that allow for interpretation of sales data, and related management information.
  3. Excellent writing skills sufficient to draft professional reports and correspondence .
  4. Strong organizational skills to work independently and to prioritize a heavy workload under the pressure of competing assignments.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  6. Ability to respond flexibly and positively in all circumstances, and to work calmly under pressure.
  7. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong hands-on experience with building Sales and Forecast Models using Excel.
  9. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  10. Excellent computer skills and experience using spreadsheet, charting, and other software tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  11. Ability to use software tools to present data clearly and concisely.
  12. Skills in quantitative financial analysis, with thorough working knowledge of general accounting principles.
