Rotografia is looking for a (Female) Receptionist who is able to perform the assigned responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or staff member.
- Ensure that a good initial impression is given.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Handle reservation of meeting rooms.
- Handle the coordination of interviews, admission tests, and reference requests for candidates.
- Keep candidates' database fully updated.
Qualifications:
- Females only - unveiled candidate is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent communication & computer skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
Offered Package:
- Gross Salary: up to 4000 EGP.
- Working hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
- Transportation to the nearest meeting point.
- Medical Insurance is provided.
- VPN allowance.
