Administrative Assistant at Novartis

Job Description

Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner through:

Typing correspondence, reports and other documents
Maintaining proper filing system
Opening and distributing the mail
Taking minutes at meetings
Distributing minutes
Coordinating repairs to office equipment
Provide support to the department to ensure that it is provided with the resources to make effective decisions
Maintains manager's calendar, schedules appointments based on knowledge of administrator's responsibilities and issues of importance
Coordinating all travel arrangements
Job Requirements

Minimum requirements Ideal candidate should hold BA of relevant academic study as well as 2-4 year of relevant experience

Skills:

Excellent command of English language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Effective organizational skills
Computer literate with advanced proficiency in desktop applications e.g. MS Word, MS
PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
