Job description

- Participating in implementing department's strategy and achieving its goals. - Participating in sets his goals in coordination with his superiors. - Participating in determining the goals of his subordinates in coordination with his superiors. - Editing, Drafting and reviewing all kinds of contracts which used in bank's business, whether the banking ones or those that related to bank's needs and his external contracts. - Drafting all forms and documents used in all the bank's business. - Answering all the legal Inquiries and questions received from the bank's branches, departments and subsidiaries. - Handling the bank's assets registration and documentation. - Handling real state and commercial mortgages registration works in favour of the bank, its renewals and cancelling it after settlements. - Drafting/ reviewing all the bank's correspondences, publications and letters. - Supervising his subordinates' works.

QUALIFICATIONS:- - Bachelor degree of law. - 6-8 years of experience in legal field, at least 5 years of them in banking contracts and legal advices. - Fluent in English
