hiring HR General Manager will be responsible for:
• Provide guidance and support to organizational planning in accordance to company's strategic objectives and by working very closely to the departments' heads
• Manage employees' orientation, development, and training
• Manage and provides consultation in what relates to employee relations
• Manage systems/schemes for compensation, benefits, promotions, salary structure, job evaluation
• Provide guidance to the organization regarding the application of HR policies and guidelines
• Build HR team capable to achieve HR objectives and to provide proper and timely assistance to all departments
• Manage and builds KPIs for the HR function
• Accountable for the HR Department budget and budget monitoring as well as the Wages and Salaries budget for the whole company
+12 years of experience is a must
