Hiring Position: Software Support Specialist.
Job Description:
• Provide support to JDE users (how to enter, exit, print, reroute/ cancel transactions).
• Support end-users in person and over the phone with excellent customer service.
• Install, configure and Troubleshoot end user desktop issues.
• Educate and set up new users, including imaging , new hardware and software.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in LANs, WANs, Personal Computers), messaging and Server Software applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
Location: El Mohandsen.
