Follow up on daily PaCo team activities (PaCO equipment health check, status reports, implementations, migrations) by coordinating with his colleagues & with different teams inside and outside the technology department. Participate in handling complex PaCo network projects and provide technical proposals that speed up the problem resolution or better implement Work Orders & propose better ideas that serves in handling any problem or failure efficiently. Ensure applying a proper methodology during the diagnosis of PaCo problems, taking appropriate actions and handling the business priorities. Follow up with PaCo equipment vendors & ISPs all pending problems and escalate to higher levels if SLAs are not being followed  or if the business is being affected as a result of problems. Schedule implementation plans for network projects and reallocate the needed resources as needed without affecting the daily operations or coverage needs. Ensure proper documentation and regular reporting of PaCo network performance and team activities to department management. Responsible for all PaCo network elements in Orange Egypt PaCo sites (GGSNs, SGSNs, IPworks, DNS, AAA, MXs, routers, FWs, MLSs. Review and update operational procedures as needed and propose solutions to enhance the operational environment. Implement, test and accept all PaCo network  projects, new equipment & new links. Play a key role in PaCo network design reviews for new projects by adequately revising WOs and layouts. Work efficiently with incident & RFCs management tools (SM, SD).  about you Bachelor of Science in Engineering Electronics and Communication. Minimum 4 years of experience, 2 of which in data network implementation and troubleshooting field. Technical certification in CCNP/CCDP/CCSP/JNCIP/JNCIS/CCIE/JNCIE are preferred specially in Security field.
