| وظائف شركة راية تريد Raya Trade Posted: 25 Jun 2018 01:55 PM PDT وظائف شركة راية تريد Raya Trade  Recruiter urgently needed in Raya Trade Location: 6th October Job Description: • Responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants through internal (such as referrals) and external recruitment tools (such as posting advertisements, employment fairs and contacting recruitment agencies) • Supports the recruitment process by screening applicants' CVs for needed vacancies and scheduling daily interviews with candidates • Coordinates with department heads to arrange for panel interviews to speed up the selection process (depending on the urgency of filling the vacant position) • Responsible for administering pre-employment tests (IQ, English and medical check-up tests) for potential candidates • Supports the hiring process through preparing contracts, approvals to hire, bank account letters, etc. • Acts as focal point of contact between HR and departments to arrange hiring candidates as per man power plan • Performs other related duties Requirements: • 1 – 2 years of experience. • Bachelor degree in Business Administration • Excellent English. • Excellent Excel skills. | وظائف نجوم اف ام Nogoum-FM مطلوب محاسب خبرة Posted: 25 Jun 2018 01:24 PM PDT وظائف نجوم اف ام Nogoum-FM مطلوب محاسب خبرة  Nogoum-FM is Looking for "Senior Accountant" who will be responsible for the following : 1- Ensure the implementation of corporate policies and procedures 2- Release the invoices to the agencies and direct customers according to the media plan. 3- Review on daily basis spots aired and report any discrepancies 4- Post all invoices into the accounting system. 5- Prepare the AR ledger by agency & direct clients 6- Prepare the aging reports to monitor the slow/ bad payer 7- Prepare the sales analysis on a weekly & monthly basis. 8- Prepare and send the agencies statement at the beginning of the month. 9- Prepare the quarterly withholding tax report. 10- Record day to day cash transactions on the accounting system 11- Assist in Account analysis as required by direct supervisor.
