Projects Manager (Egyptian) is required for a well-known Food production & Retail group in Egypt located in Cairo, near Maadi
Job Main purpose:
Ensure total alignment of the company projects to the business processes leading to a quality execution of work.
Accountabilities &responsibilities:
- Collect projects' requirements from the general manager and implement them in order to be communicated to the consultant
- Prepare conceptual drawings for the consultant to guide him in the design.
- Review drawings and tender documents received from the consultant to ensure it meets company requirements.
- Review and evaluate contractors' offers (Technical and financial).
- Develop and issue the request for proposal for bidding
- Monitor and control the project schedule during the execution process and study the impact of any change requests during this process on all the project phases.
 

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.
Experience: 10+ Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: V. Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).

Job description:

Work on both WAN (SDN) / LAN solutions, as well as Cisco IPT solution
Own the chronic and the complex problems/incidents.
Highlight all the single point of failures and potential issues that might affect the customer to the customers' account team.
Diagnose fault-related cases by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network/product utility programs.
Provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives.
Comply with all the special process and procedures agreed with the account teams and customers.
Ensure cases are allocated to the most appropriate 'next step' as part of the case flow process
Perform technical escalations in line with company procedure.
Monitor systems, customer networks, and products, and deal with alerts and events as appropriate
Liaise and refer issues to correct/relevant entities when needed.

Business Continuity Manager

  • Responsible for reviewing IT risks related to security awareness, logical and physical controls, change management controls, Project management controls, applications controls, general controls and IT operations.
  • Responsible for follow up on IT audit findings & Information security gaps till closure.
  • The BCP Head position is very critical to the overall Business Continuity program being assessed to ensure consistency within the bank. The job is very important in normal situations and in the current circumstances in our region to protect the bank from any financial loss resulting of any denial of access or denial of services
  • Leads the BCP & Disaster Recovery program and the enterprise's ability to respond to disasters and interruptions in an appropriate manner. Leads response and recovery activities during times of crisis, disasters and/or other emergencies. Assists in the development, customization, maintenance and planning of the enterprise DR Plans, BIA's, Risk Assessments, and Application and Technical Strategies.
  • Oversees and manages daily BCP & Disaster Recovery activities to ensure the BCP Program is meeting objectives. Works closely with the Business, Application and Technology teams to understand goals and objectives, clarify requests and requirements.
  • Oversees and takes the lead on the development, documentation and maintenance of BCP plans, BCP status, and reporting and resolution of issues and risks.
  • Manages complex recovery programs and acts as the subject matter expert on the implementation and capabilities of the existing recovery technology within the bank and on recovery issues. Develops and fosters strategic relationships and establishes management and executive partnerships. Facilitates the interaction between the business and technology groups.
  • Oversees the development, implementations and documentation of recovery standards, procedures, processes, guideline and policies. Ensures requirements and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Work with departmental managers across the organization to ensure adequate resourcing is available to forward the program's objectives
  • Chair meetings and providing regular reports and program status to senior management as required.
  • Identify any budgetary expenditure related to the program.
  • Set / Review the applied controls for ADIB core systems and applications, Analyse business requirements and system functionalities via security rules and controls.
  • Ensure proper and timely rectification of IT audit findings and control gaps.
  • Provide valuable recommendations to the IT units to guide them in mitigating and controlling deficiencies and gaps.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in computer engineering or accounting or similar field and related Professional
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with minimum of 3 years as a managerial level.

Bachelor's degree of commerce, business administration, accounting or its equivalent.
Responsibilities
Perform all the ATM functions including preparing daily proof sheet , handling captured cards , filling along with the replenishment of  onsite ATM machines and reports any malfunctions for repairs and maintenance.
•Introduce alternative channels to customers to reduce traffic in branches according to bank SOP's.
•Process all the cash counter transactions accurately in accordance with the set objectives.
•Manage the branch daily cash needs with Head Teller for better coordination of cash shipments between the branch and central vault.
•Investigate thoroughly any differences in balancing and reconciliation of cash and other security items by following the standard process of checking / scrutiny / investigation as outlined in Branch standard operating procedure manual.
•Cross sell products based on customer potential and needs without affecting their primary work and service standards contributing in the achievement of the branches KPIs.
•Maintain zero cash shortages and excesses at counter to ensure maximum control on cash balance.
•Maintain accurate checking on all end of day reports and rectifying of highlighted discrepancies to ensure all controls and procedures are adhered to.
•Check counterfeit currencies, checks and identities.
•Adhere to the bank related  the average waiting & serving time in addition to the productivity reports.
•Handle customer requests efficiently and raise any problems to the Head Teller/Operation Supervisor in order to meet customer satisfaction & to reach customer delight
•Be attentive to any possible frauds and risks and provide customer feedback to direct supervision.
•Deviations and exceptions reporting in branch monthly exception report in a timely manner
•Follows all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
•Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
•Adhere to the bank clean desk policy
•Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the  concerned department to ensure continuity of work
•Complies with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB's sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
