The Transversal Delivery Manager is in charge of :
  • Managing Handovers on Operational side
  • Managing Operational Projects (Release and Patch / Refresh / Lifecycle / Capacity / Maintenance)
  • Managing Operational Complex Incident and Crisis
  • Managing Operational platform (TMD activities)
Main activities:
OCB OPS Referent for one or more major Transversal Infrastructure management
Current scope of transversal infrastructures are amongst Storage, Backup, Monitoring, Network, Admin Zones…
  • Close collaboration with related Suppliers, Engineering and Implementation teams
    • Introduce transversal infrastructure to new usage features and suggest their evolution/extension
    • Contribute to capacity management at a cost effective level
    • Help Asset Management team on maintenance contracts with appropriate support coverage and budget allocation/costs
    • Coordinate simple and complex change with multiple stakeholders
    • Manage the Release & Patch Management process with the Operation teams to make sure the infrastructure is up-to-date. Make sure the appropriate CAB are activated and obtain OCB CAB approval.
  • Close collaboration with related Operation teams :
    • Ensure TOO validate implemented projects correctly according to the handover checklist
    • Support & Assist our transversal infrastructures in their service usage (Best practices, configuration, Q&A, help/follow to the incident resolution)
    • Manage either proactive or corrective action plan (SIP)
    • Lead the crisis from the transversal infrastructure perspective to reduce impacts on offers/customers services. This means to be available on 24x7 exceptionally.
    • Resolve blocking point during incidents, crisis or simple request

  • Technical Manager Dedicated (TMD) is involved during the lifecycle of a given platform or customer :
    • He is the main operational and implementation point of contact
    • He can assist the Vertical SDM during technical meeting with the customer
    • He can contribute to pre sales study for extension and refresh program
    • Its aim is to « hide » the technologies and to focus on services Scalability/Availability/Quality

Senior AP Accountant

  • Maintain financial records for petty cash and cash-on-hand.
  • Review invoices and checking payment requests.
  • Daily accounting entry on the system and recording invoices.
  • Reconcile GL entries in terms of prepayments, amortisations, advances, accrued expenses.
  • Prepare journal entries for the local & foreign petty cash and cash-on-hand transactions.
  • Follow up petty cash balances and issue settlements.
  • Reconciliation of payments and prepare analysis of petty cash.
  • Processing for temporary & permanent cash in advance requests.
  • Daily audit for employee's expenses claims.
  • Assist in month end/year end closing and produce monthly reports.
  • Monthly follow up on petty cash and permanent /temp loans settlements.
  • Review all LoBs/Departments' payment requests to ensure that they are allowable and authorised.
  • Review and receive from all LoBs/Departments' cash, cheques and transfers' requests and process the payment voucher.
  • Review and reconcile all advances given to LoBs/Departments or employees.
  • Analyse all expense per LoB and compare with the budget report
  • Send periodic confirmation to employees to ensure that the company's payables balance matches with the employees' financial custody.

Senior Accountant– Income Tax and VAT –  Tax Division:

Account Reconciliation Specialist
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for general accounting and policy application for all cycles The Account Reconciliation Specialist is an entry-level accounting position responsible for the reconciliation of outstanding balances. This is an accounting support position in a fast paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout META.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
 

  • Leading the follow up with counterparties around the globe to reconcile BS accounts
  • Ensure general ledger transactions are timely & accurately reported in the correct entity
  • Ensure the general ledger balance sheet amounts are accurate & reflect proper amounts.
  • Identify, document, track and explain transactional differences between the General Ledger (G/L) and Sub-Ledger Balances and/or independent sources
  • Identify and guard against fraudulent activity and reduce losses
  • lead to root cause analysis on operational defects
  • Coordinating with business Finance stakeholders on closing activities and financial reporting routines
  • Developing of standard operating procedures to simplify transactional processes that impact the financial statements
  • Support in various ongoing account reconciliation process fixing and simplification initiatives is often reviewed by others.

 Qualifications/Requirements:
Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals: AP/ AR Cash and Expenses
 

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as general accountant
• Proven analytical skills, and knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel with 1 or 2 years of experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Quality Engineer
Key responsibilities
- Supports deploying of UL Quality strategy, governance and goals through specific Quality projects and targets.
- Supports in enhancing and change mindset through trainings. 
- Ensure HACCP plans for the site are designed and operated to assure product safety
- Supports ensuring compliance to product technology GMP requirements
- Supports in Quality management for resolution of quality / consumer safety issues
- Supports engineering studies to approve, evaluate or certify new or modified equipment capabilities (relative to quality attributes or performance) and identify specific design reviews for such aspects as hygienic design 
- Supports ensuring that quality requirements / considerations are managed for VIP changes 
- Supports changes to existing and new materials suppliers through activities that assure quality / hygienic control processes are in place and operating effectively, e.g. follow up on audit action plans 
- Supports ensuring that quality / hygiene control plans are established for production site changes or production capacity increases 
- Supports ensuring consumer safety and product quality in newly acquired Make sites by assessing compliance to UL Quality requirements and driving improvement plans to close gaps 
- Supports Quality Management System deployment and continuous improvement through support to WCM Quality Pillar and Virtual Sites 
- Supports resolving consumer/ customer product and package complaints and CRQS issues through analysis of care-line and CRQS audit information to identify improvements 
- Supports Factory Management with the Quality efforts to raise visibility and set priorities for Quality improvement 
- Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
- Analyze quality performance utilizing using statistical and analytical tools and methods. 
- Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate reliability, precision, reliability and accuracy of processes, products and production equipment. 
- Develop and establish quality procedures and systems for inspecting plans, quality trends, statistical plan price estimates and technical quality proposal plans. 
- Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements. 
- Ensure on time processing of non-conforming components. 
- Assist disposition process by involving in failure analysis and suggest corrective actions as Material Review Board member. 
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers relating to quality trends, performance and corrective action. 
- Verify conformance and productivity of quality engineering system through supplier audits and surveys. 
- Initiate programs to enhance supplier performance. 
- Interact with product development committees to inspect and review engineering releases. 
- Review all product quality aspects like planning, manufacturing methods and process specifications. 
- Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks. 
- Report and supply subassemblies as well as finish goods following Device Master Record. 
- Interact with Quality Control Packaging team to conduct Technician Training Program after evaluating Quality Inspections Techniques. 
- Assist manufacturing scrap performance evaluation and management.
 Relevant Experience 
 
0 – 2 Years of Experience in Quality related Field
Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Background is a MUST
Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG is an asset
