Contribute in gathering required feedback including associated studies and data collection. -Follow up the daily product receipt operation regarding its safety operation, time schedule, quantity execution and quality acceptance in accordance with terminal procedures and company guidelines. Supervise truck loading activities in accordance with terminal procedures and safety work instructions.- Responsible for daily product reconciliation (meter and tanks). Responsible for recording all reconciliation transaction on company ERP (SAP, TIMS) Responsible of interface with DM (dispatching process) and Fleet (drivers roles and responsibilities within terminal premises) Perform all duties of terminal manager in non working hours (absence of terminal manager). Reporting into Senior management on all Project financials, forecast, opportunities, risks. Provide information to enable Project Manager(s) and Commercial Project Manager(s) to control project spend and risks. Preparation and consolidation of additional services. Production of monthly project reports, including update on Orders, revenue, cost of sales, billings in excess, EBIT and balance sheet items. Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analysis. Ensure ICFR compliance. Ensure all records are maintained to an auditable standard. Lead month end tasks including the raising journals, accruals and prepayments, ensure correct project margins being shown in SAP.
