Career Opportunities: Sr. IT Business Analyst
Key accountabilities
  1. Process & Procedures: Abide Business Analysis Centre process and procedures & Assist in defining, reviewing and amending the related bank procedures
  2. Coordination: Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and vendors to translate business information needs and functional requirements to technical vision
  3. Daily Operations Management: Performs Business Analysis daily operations, Ensure meeting the required deadlines.
  4. Monitor the bank systems and subsystems overall functionality to insure systems' stabilities, identify and solve any systems' issues/defects and recommend and implement needed systems' enhancements.
  5. New Technologies: Participate in the implementation of innovative technology and organization systems.
  6. Parameterisation: Parameterize systems and subsystems.
  7. Requirement:  Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and task/workflow analysis and produce a completed business requirements & Gap analysis.
  8. Documentation: Create and document for any new implemented solution users' guidelines and/or quick references.
  9. Support: Work as the helpdesk second line of support by investigating and solve issues redirected by the Helpdesk team.
  10. Testing: Perform unit testing and manage/support End Users Testing (UAT)
  11. Provide guidance, support, and help to the Operations Business Analyst to perform efficiently and in line with the Bank's procedures.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
Knowledge:
IT BA for business solutions
New technologies and their usage/potential to improve IT BA

At least 6 years professional experience
Good banking sector experience

Sales Coordinator/Secretary
Principal Accountabilities
1. Ensure that Department staff provided with all necessary information to enable them to direct and control their efforts.
2. Writing all correspondence Letters , E-mails,& faxes.
3. Create and maintain an appropriated record and customer files (correspondence to and from clients , quotations, call reports)
4. Co-ordinate the dairy and schedules arrangements for the staff
5. Coordinate the arrangements for internal & external meetings and assembles appropriate material for meetings and conferences.
6. Take dictation and transcribe from shorthand external and internal correspondence and reports.
7. Preparing technical and financial offers and tenders documents.
8. Responsible for invoicing, distribution of invoices, and maintaining a register of invoices.
9. Responsible to keep up-to-date record of expected service invoices sale with complete details i.e. customers, net price ,discount% etc
10. Preparing weekly reports, monthly reports and Service Engineers Performance reports.
11. Follow up the tender sites
12. Following company Quality Measurements System requirements.
13. Request office tools for the department.
14. Prepare reports of checks expected to be collected and sent it to the Financial Department.

Skills

1 - Self-achievement of objectives
2 - On time and 100% accuracy of Service performance report ,Market activity reports.
3 - Implementation of Direct Manager instructions

Education

BSc. of Commerce/Business Administration or any equivalent.

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in administrative and secretarial work.

- Excellent PC Skills (Operating System / Ms Office /Internet, etc…..)
- Excellent in English language (read / write/speaking).
- Highly organized, goal oriented, and flexibility is a must.
