Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support Project teams in Engineering Tools, Templates, Procedures and Standards based on Corporate engineering tools, standards and best practices.
• Participate and facilitate the training for the Engineering Tools, Templates, Procedures and Standards based on Corporate engineering tools, standards and best practices.
• Participate and facilitate Project progress calls with project teams to gather project feedback.
• Support in new programs in alignment with the Process Automation business needs.
• Facilitate appropriate bench-marking, metric and governance model for Engineering Tools, Templates, Procedures and Standards based on Corporate engineering tools, standards and best practices.

Qualifications
 
Main Requirements:
 
• Bachelor Degree in Communication, Power or Mechatronics Engineering
• 0-3 years of related working experience
• It is preferable that the candidate to have programming skills.
• Fluency in English language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Proven business analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Time Management & Multi-tasking Skills

About the Position
Role Purpose
Ensure appropriate documentation and approval and payment in accordance with the company policies, and procedures.

Key Accountabilities
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment and Prepare and direct of daily vendor payment recommendation.
Prioritize invoices according to payment terms
Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks / wire and distribute checks accordingly
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies, and respond to all vendor inquiries
Assist in month end closing
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices invoices


About You
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
A degree in Accounting or Finance is required
 Minimum Experience:
Minimum  1-3 years of relevant experience
Job-Specific Skills:
Strong Excel and database skills.
Strong understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
Reasonable verbal and written communication skills. 
SAP financial application experience preferred.
