Warehouse Keeper - Sales
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the movement of products between the supply chain and the warehouse to fulfill the needs of the sales department
  • Responsible the loading and unloading for the sales trucks
  • Doing all the transactions on SAP system to make sure that the cycle of documents is matching with ABC procedures
  • Manage and implement health and safety procedures.
  • Applying FIFO.
  • Implementing 5 S at Warehouse.
  • Supervise the workers in hygiene process
  • Coaching and training the forklift Drivers and labors in the operation
  • In case of absence the accountant ,the store warehouse keepers are doing the role of the accountant which is as the following :
  • Withdrawing the invoices from the SAP
  • Reviewing the debits of the drivers or the accounts
  • Reviewing the IOUs and compared it with deposit decree
  • Issuing the exit permeation for sales drivers

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Teamwork
  • Warehouse knowledge.

Treasury Accountant

Responsibility

  • Administer the invoices booking process by receiving, reviewing and allocating all indirect (Non-Raw Material) invoices on the IFS system to ensure that the payments f local/foreign suppliers and intercompany are made within the due dates.
  • Monitor the quality and the efficiency of the Import Documents Collections (IDCs) cycle by receiving, reviewing and tracking the documents, making sure that all the documents are in the required form to ensure that the foreign suppliers payments are made in the agreed due dates.
  • Communicate, manage and co-operate internally with all the departments inside the company and externally with intercompany, banks and suppliers by e-mails, meetings and telephone to ensure the smoothness, effectiveness and efficiency of the work process.
  • Administer and monitor the accuracy of the related accounts like prepaid/accrual by analysing and managing the transactions on these accounts and preparing reports that shows the breakdowns to ensure efficient and smooth monthly closing process.
  • Administer and book employees' advances and expenses on our Income Statement by reviewing the documents, signatures with the company's policy and allocate them correctly on the concerned accounts to assure the all employees tasks and work goals are done effectively and smoothly on time.

Administrative and Financial Officer, Law, and Society Research Unit (Grant Position)
Principal Accountabilities:
Manage Law and Society Research Unit Financial Transactions:
  • Process day-to-day financial transactions, purchase requisitions, external services contracts in line with allocated budget, donor guidelines and AUC policies and regulations
  • Secure and maintain necessary approvals and documentation for all financial and administrative functions
  • Review and reconciliation of quarterly and annual grants financial reports
  • Prepare budget transfer and annual budget roll-over requests
  • Manage payments for law and society research unit full and part-time employees
  • Manage the logistics and payments for law and society research unit activities
  • Create budget documents and follow up with budget implementation for law and society research unit grants under the supervision of the managing director, and in coordination with the Office of Sponsored Programs and others
Administrative Functions:
  • Maintain files for grants narrative proposals and budgets, regular financial and narrative reports, and others
  • Initiate contracts for law and society research unit consultants, and liaise with the AUC legal department for the initiation of contracts for full-time employees and service providers, under the supervision of the managing director
  • Book-keeping in hard and soft copies of supply receipts, reimbursement, and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, supplies, and other
  • Maintain files for formal agreements, memorandums of understanding, and others
  • Oversee office clerk management of inventory, maintenance, and office supplies
  • Manage all arrangements for faculty director and managing director meetings with Office of the Provost, Office of Sponsored Programs and other entities, providing all necessary logistical needs as assigned
     
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience: Four to five years of relevant experience
