وظائف دولة الكويت مطلوب محاسبين Posted: 15 Feb 2019 07:45 AM PST  وظائف دولة الكويت مطلوب محاسبين  Vacancy: Payroll Officer Location: Kuwait Job Duties: • Prepare payroll transactions on a timely manner such as payments of hours worked, personal time off, employee benefit • Prepare payroll periodic reports, payroll schedule and payroll related journal entries • Perform daily payroll department operations • Manage work-flow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely. • Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, vacations, resignations, promotions and other payroll effects at Deadline. • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports. • Reply various inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner. • Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department. • Record Payroll Transactions in Financial on a monthly closing and reconcile monthly bank statements Requirements • Bachelor degree in any related business, accounting or relevant field • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting & payroll. • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices • Excellent Written and spoken English and Arabic languages Please send your CVs on hr@os-kwt.com with "Payroll Officer" in the subject line
