Senior Financial Analyst | AFGRE | Cairo, Egypt
About the Position
Role Purpose
Responsible for all related Financial analysis, Financial Reporting and budgetary control related to the Retail Mall
 

Key Accountabilities
• Assist leasing department in calculating mall revenue projections 
• Tracking the Mall actual revenue and conducting the root cause analysis for the variances against budget and forecasts
• Prepare detailed analysis for operating expenses 
• Calculate Occupancy cost and turnover rates
• Prepares analysis regarding Mall footfall and sales per tenant and visitor
• Assist Mall manager in any required financial data analysis
• Assist financial planning manager in preparing Mall budget and forecast
• Prepares any mall KPIs' calculations 
• Responsible for preparing strategic plan for the Mall over 5 years period
• Monthly financial reporting tasks and financial packages
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis when required
• Prepare financial data analysis required by banks as loan covenants

About You
Minimum Experience: 
4-8 years of Accounting and analysis experience

Job-Specific Skills: 
A degree in Accounting or Finance is required, a professional certificate is an asset
Strong Excel and database skills
Financial analysis and accounting background
Strong understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets, finance modelling background is an asset
Reasonable verbal and written English is required
SAP financial application experience is preferred
Behavioural Competencies :
Team player
Communication skills
Ability to deal with top management

Fuel Cards Account Manager
  • Manage a portfolio of customers with different industry segments.
  • Develop card business through prospection and new acquisitions
  • Build prospection database per sector
  • Implement marketing strategies in order to raise awareness on cards

  • Promote TOTAL CARDS and capture more market share.

Teller

  • Perform all the ATM functions including preparing daily proof sheet , handling captured cards , filling along with the replenishment of onsite ATM machines and reports any malfunctions for repairs and maintenance.
  • Introduce alternative channels to customers to reduce traffic in branches according to bank SOP's.
  • Process all the cash counter transactions accurately in accordance with the set objectives.
  • Manage the branch daily cash needs with Head Teller for better coordination of cash shipments between the branch and central vault.
  • Investigate thoroughly any differences in balancing and reconciliation of cash and other security items by following the standard process of checking / scrutiny / investigation as outlined in Branch standard operating procedure manual.
  • Cross sell products based on customer potential and needs without affecting their primary work and service standards contributing in the achievement of the branches KPIs.
  • Maintain zero cash shortages and excesses at counter to ensure maximum control on cash balance.
  • Maintain accurate checking on all end of day reports and rectifying of highlighted discrepancies to ensure all controls and procedures are adhered to.
  • Check counterfeit currencies, checks and identities.

Travel Corporate Sales Manager (B2B)
• Candidate will sell B2B Platform products for Travel agencies IATA/NON-IATA & Corporates .
• The position will have individual target.
• Candidate must be from a B2B sales background only Travel agency sales working with an Airline / GDS(Amadeus)/Hotels wholesaler.
• At least 4 years experience as B2B Travel background with good product knowledge on Air & Hotels both.
• Preferably previous experience from a reputable Airline/ Travel Agency (Franchise or Corporate)
• Build new database of potential Travel Agencies / Corporate clients domestically.
• Candidate will be required to regularly visit & service all the travel agents assigned within country as well to ensure targets ( Domestic air , International Air & Hotels ) are achieved .
