وظائف شركة دانون danone مطلوب محاسبين Posted: 24 Mar 2019 12:43 PM PDT  وظائف شركة دانون danone مطلوب محاسبين  Accounts Payable Accountant About the job As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be doing the following activities: Enhance the overall performance of operation invoices processes through effective interfaces with other functions Receive invoices from vendors and record them on SAP by review the 3-way match reconciliation Prepare vendor payments and improve the payment process Review employees' expenses claims according to company policy Create a collective expense report. Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling our statement with vendor statement Assist in Monthly closing Monthly reconciliation intercompany Balances Issue monthly KPI's reports Review vendor payment terms regularly and make analysis of A/P payment terms Follow up with all authorized signatories to sign all checks for all CBU's Provide supporting documentation for audit. Archive all supporting documents related to AP with high efficiency  About you To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have: Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or Finance. Location: Danone Cairo HQ. Languages required: Excellent Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading. Responsibilities are to learn the job role for the LWD service line. Serves as a thrid man in a sub-ordinate role. Provides technical and operational expertise to external customer. Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering and measurement while drilling principles. Maintains equipment inventory and supervises movement to and from well site. Check equipment and advises repair requirements. Maintains computer database for on-going jobs, prepares job ticket, daily reporting and end-of-well reports. Skill acquired through completion of the basic M/LWD training program. Must have successfully passed company tests, or met task guideline requirements. Ability to demonstrate technical aptitude to required standards. Must possess good communication, arithmetic, data entry and recording skills. Requires ability to read and interpret formation well logs and interpret directional survey information and other well site data. Must possess relevant on and offshore safety certificates.
