Teller Cairo Giza Dokki Mobtadyan Mohandessin Smart Village, 6th of October Merryland, Heliopolis El-Mobtadian - Downtown 5th Settlement NASR CITY REGION Operational Functions - Perform all the ATM functions including preparing daily proof sheet , handling captured cards , filling along with the replenishment of onsite ATM machines and reports any malfunctions for repairs and maintenance.
- Introduce alternative channels to customers to reduce traffic in branches according to bank SOP's.
- Process all the cash counter transactions accurately in accordance with the set objectives.
- Manage the branch daily cash needs with Head Teller for better coordination of cash shipments between the branch and central vault.
- Investigate thoroughly any differences in balancing and reconciliation of cash and other security items by following the standard process of checking / scrutiny / investigation as outlined in Branch standard operating procedure manual.
- Cross sell products based on customer potential and needs without affecting their primary work and service standards contributing in the achievement of the branches KPIs.
- Maintain zero cash shortages and excesses at counter to ensure maximum control on cash balance.
- Maintain accurate checking on all end of day reports and rectifying of highlighted discrepancies to ensure all controls and procedures are adhered to.
- Check counterfeit currencies, checks and identities.

Senior Buyer Job Description - Ensure implementation of purchasing and contracting strategies including tender, negotiation and award and the post-award contract management and continuous improvements against deals.
- Professionally carry out the daily duties of senior buyer for goods & service, following TOTAL processes & procedures.
- Ability to interface effectively with Purchasing and business people across a wide variety of backgrounds and levels, both at the different locations i.e. Head offices/ depots/ plant and the regional level.
- Participate in implementation of TOTAL M&S/Purchasing Guidelines, e-RFX…etc, and ensure compliance with established strategies, contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Develop new commercial ideas and opportunities to enable the business to meet current and prospective business challenges.
- Process PRs & POs for supplies & equipment, ensuring POs are matching the submitted PRs & their supporting documents
- Perform reviews of purchase requests, initiate requests for quotations, manages purchasing tenders, negotiation, awarding, and facilitate contracting processes.
- Focal point for developing senior buyer's own scope Performance calculation (savings)
- Effectively communicate & coordinate purchasing plans with other departments, contribute to cost reduction.
- Ensure full compliance with established Total's strategies, contracts, policies, and procedures as well as local law.
- Within the assigned scope; ensure controlling and minimizing the low value expenditures made by other departments.
- Preparation of monthly performance reports, analyzing results & initiate action plans to revitalize savings.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with internal/ external stakeholders (as per Total Egypt's policies & code of conduct)
- Considers and ensures compliance with key HSSE aspects of procurement
- Follow and comply with HSE policy, standards and requirements and ensure including relevant HSE requirements in contracts
Candidate profile - University degree (preferably in engineering)
- 8 years of relevant experience (preferably in procurement and in related oil and gas fields and businesses).
- Sound understanding of procurement and tendering processes as well as contract management
- Experienced with SAP system and relevant software (Excel, Word)
- Excellent English communication skills written (contractual) and verbal.
- Able to develop and present sound business cases to senior leadership in support of planned strategies.
- The ability to define and prioritize issues and solve problems through networking with other team members or external sources.
- Strong negotiation, effective communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical skills
- Well organized, able to manage competing priorities with proper time management and working under pressure skills.
- Ability to adapt to different businesses needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships by being a team player able to deal with and support staff of different backgrounds, experience levels and needs.
