Manager, Technology Account ManagementRole • Support all MPG related customers on-boarding by managing internal as well external coordination to ensure smooth implementations. • Develop MPG ecosystem enhancement framework which allows proper co-ordination across all stakeholders when it comes to introducing any new or enhanced services / features. • Monitor the overall performance of MPG Egypt ecosystem by conducting regular reviews on uptime network availability and approval / decline ratios for each player within the value chain (i.e. mobile network operators, EBC, PayMob, banks, and Trianz) • Responsible for the execution and delivery of non-standard solutions in the market in accordance with local regulations whist managing relationships with non-traditional customers and government bodies. • Establish an end to end implementation process to ensure seamless customers' on-boarding. • Provide and manage training materials for both external and internal customers around current & future mobile activities / functionalities. • Partner with key constituents both internally (Country Manager, Acceptance team, MPG Business lead, O&T, Product, and Customer Delivery), as well as all players within the MPG value chain to ensure seamless execution of the strategy • Provide on-going support to customers via face to face meetings, telephone and email, subject to the level of service agreed with customers. • Maintain strong relationships and build trust with key senior technical individuals of all players within the MPG value chain • Identify pain points and provide process enhancement solutions/workflow across the entire development/technical lifecycle relative to products and services including, Service Delivery, Customer Implementation, and Service Management. • Identify and deliver against customer and Mastercard corporate objectives, opportunities, and commitments. • Accountable for projects kick off and clarify project scope and customer readiness as part of project initiation to ensure internal stakeholders (i.e. Product Delivery, CIS) are clear on products/services implementation requirements with customers • Monitor post-implementation customer service quality, provide Voice of Customer feedback to improve quality • Act as escalation point during implementation of customer implementation projects to ensure customers' and Mastercard's needs are met. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors in areas such as payments processing, network infrastructure and digital technology • Identify customer needs and communicate operational enhancements to relevant internal stakeholders All About You

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partners, and 3rd party providers to assess non-financial risk - brand, reputational, legal and compliance risk. Use business transaction reports, billing cycle reports, and investigative research tools to conduct financial and non-financial risk assessment of merchants as they are prospected, signed, and on-boarded by Sales team. Understand differences and requirements of different merchant sizes (large enterprises - small/medium businesses - small/casual sellers). Investigate and use new sources of third party data to assess merchant risk. Responsible for assisting with Risk reporting, creating, and updating procedures. Analyzes current fraud trends and provide input to adjust rules and parameters. Apply fraud prevention best practices. Apply subject matter expertise to the prioritization and planning of projects in conjunction with fraud management policies and strategies. Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of fraud prevention initiatives. Collaborate with 3rd parties and Acquiring Banks to develop and execute plans for the resolution of fraud cases. Develop and complete projects as assigned by management. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics. 4+ year of relevant experience in a financial, banking, or credit card processing field. At a minimum, an understanding of Underwriting, KYC, AML, PCI DSS, and Card Schemes' Regulations. Solid understanding of fraud risk management practices, as well as practices for prevention, detection, remediation and reporting of fraud within financial institutions. Knowledge of merchant payment processing, particularly risk and operational processes. Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make holistic business recommendations. Ability to approach problems in a quantitative and qualitative manner. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate points of view on complex and challenging topics professionally with supporting rationale; ability to communicate complex and sensitive information to internal and external stakeholders with appropriate clarity and discretion. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build rapport with members of other departments. A top performer with a proven track record of success. Strong working knowledge of external systems, and software applications (Internet, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Accuracy and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing credit memos and annual reviews of new or existing counter parties, including financial statements analysis and spreading. - Reviewing of projections under various scenarios for Long term loans. - Preparing final recommendation to the credit committees including limits and facility structure in line with the bank's credit policy and CBE regulations. - Validating obligatory risk ratings. - Following up on discrepancies in accounts and past dues.
