Arranges, delivers and picks-up property for special events and VIP visits. Leads delivery crews consisting of warehouse staff and truck drivers. Responsible for recording Property/ Barcode Numbers, condition codes, serial numbers, owning agencies, and obtaining signatures of requesters upon completion of the request. Is accountable for all property in his/her custody against damage, theft, misuse or abuse. Ensures that schedules are met in a timely manner. Assists in physical and/ or annual inverntory of the warehouse. Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of warehouse and supply operations involving movement of property is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Department of State supply instructions and procedures. Education Requirements:

LANGUAGE: Limited knowledge in speaking/writing/reading of English is required. (This will be tested).
Good working knowledge in speaking/writing/reading of Arabic is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to identify property and accurately transcribe numbers. Diplomacy and tact in dealing with all levels of American and Egyptian Mission personnel is required. Must be flexible and able to work under pressure. Must be safety concious, honest, and dependable. Must have a valid Class 1 driver's license and be able to drive vans and pick- up trucks to transport warehousemen to job sites. Must be able to pass the safe driver training. Database Administrator Responsibilities 1. Design and implement database systems that meet the business needs while ensuring best practices are followed. 2. Proactively monitor all database systems and fix availability and performance issues. 3. Troubleshoot live database issues including performance optimization and recovery. 4. Work with product development teams to ensure database optimization and consistency. 5. Perform installation, upgrade and migration across multiple database architectures and systems. 6. Review deployment scripts and analyze the impact on database performance and stability. 7. Track data growth and performance trends and implement long-term capacity plans and scalability solutions. 8. Develop automation and alerting scripts. 9. Design and build high availability and disaster recovery solutions. 10. Perform evaluations to ensure data security, privacy and integrity on a regular basis. 11. Provide the appropriate support and solutions in emergencies efficiently and effectively. 12. Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. 2. A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in database administration. 3. Experience in Oracle 12c, SQL server 2012 and later. 4. Knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM and Data Guard. 5. Excellent knowledge of database backup, recovery, replication, security, data encryption and auditing. 6. Linux and windows systems administration skills. 7. Good command of Arabic and English. 8. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening). 9.
