 Inbound Call Center Head

 Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for managing and planning the call center work on short and long term
Increase customer satisfaction through providing best quality service
Works on forecasting the future ratio of calls to number of staff required
Responsible for the development of call center manager, workforce specialist and call center trainer competencies and their ability to reach high standards of performance
Coordinate and agree on a TNA , Coordinate with HR to provide suitable training courses to his team
Ensure effective capacity planning across the year for optimal performance.
Continuously seek ways to upgrade the call centre to the state of the art service.
Improve the quality of the call center
Increase the automation rate , provide multiple channels of contact for the customer

Reduce call center operating expenses and outsourcing cost

Minimum Qualifications:

Academic and professional qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Experience and other requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Very good awareness with Call center operation, work force management & Training .
Customer Service/Communication Skills:
Leadership Skills
Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Experience:
10 Years of experience in a Call center environment
