Identify internal stakeholders and engage them in the process design or redesign effort through workshops & stakeholder interviews. Support stakeholders in implementing improved processes, create documentation, iterate & adjust the improved processes. Utilize change management best practices to create support for change&business transformation throughout entire organization. Use change management tools&methodologies to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), &measure stakeholder engagement, adoption &overall progress of changes initiatives. REQUIRED: B.A in Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience mapping business processes Excellent writing & communication skills and attention to details.
