Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:
• Recommend technical solutions that will enhance performance, increase redundancy, and add flexibility to the existing infrastructure.
• Quickly turn business problems into technical solutions.
• Manage configurations and the deployment of equipment in compliance with established technology policies.
• Implement new changes and services on preprod environment and validate the changes meet our standards and criteria.
• Document all the steps involved during the changes, and be able to do any requested documents and guides of the changes as needed.
• Interact with other team members to offer assistance in troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer activities
• Regular participation in change control activities that comply with ITIL change management.
• Build solution and scripts that enhace the function of our site and help operate and maintain our infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or 4+ years of experience in a technical position.
• 2+ years of experience in system administration/cloud implementation.
• Excellent knowledge on openstack cloud platform and its different services.
• Fluency in English in Both writing and Speaking , French is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers.
• Critical thinking skills, problem solving aptitude.
• Accountability, commitment and having a sense of urgency

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

To provide medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals in response to their specific requests for Pfizer to present, orally or otherwise, clinical data about marketed products and important scientific information on new products, or those in development
To liaise with healthcare professionals in order to effectively communicate and manage drug safety issues emanating from the region or of a national or international nature

To provide geographical focus and customer knowledge and insights, as members of Medical and Scientific Affairs team, to the development of the in-country clinical plan and to feed into above-country and global clinical plan (for marketed products as well as for those in development)
To support study and site feasibilities led by the clinical research team so as to ensure effective implementation of clinical plan as well as to develop effective relationships with a strong network of local clinicians and researchers
To support in the identification of and subsequent interaction with investigators for expanded access programs for drugs during pre-approval phase; to support Medical and/or Scientific Advisers in the design and implementation of named patient supply in accordance with Regulations and Pfizer policy
To review & approve Pfizer meeting content, promotional materials, grants based on merits and scientific content. He/she provides the needed FCPA reviews and supports the teams with necessary advices and trainings



REQUIRED SKILL SET

University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy

Job Purpose:

This job sits within the Order to Delivery Journey forming a critical part of the Customer Fulfilment Cycle. The Customer Operations Specialist Order to Cash provides high quality frontline support to existing Shell Customers from Order through to payment. Customer Operations Specialist Order to Cash drives proactive communications, value-adding interactions and effective issue resolution, providing best-in-market Customer experience

Principal Accountabilities:

This role may focus on some or all the accountabilities below, depending on operational requirements. Businesses serviced include but are not limited to: Global Commercial, Commercial Fleet and Retail. These activities cover all Customer levels including Key Accounts and Platinum Customers.

Order Management:

Place, amend and orders, liaising with other service partners in LSC, OTD & Credit as required. Apply the appropriate freight charges and surcharges as required
Provide change information of planned shipments to schedulers and scheduling admin team, particularly to VMI Customers
Manage Delivery Status – take ownership of delivery status enquiries and troubleshooting; proactively tracking and Business Partners as required
Delivery Schedule Support Service - proactively call out to Customer, to manage Delivery issues
Schedule standard and non-standard orders (packed product)
Process Returned Product

Credit Management:

Debt Collection & Cash Allocation – Administer debt collection, including direct debit rejections, allocations, refund/write-off/write on management, Cash and non-cash security handling
Block Order Management – Monitor open orders, review order status and action blocked orders
Handle basic Customer credit enquiries



Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor degree preferred (Business related major) or equivalent experience
Previous experience in Customer service or operations
English Language Proficiency
Experience in Microsoft Office; GSAP
Possess a strong Customer service ethic and ability to understand, meet and champion the Customer's needs, while staying within the policies and procedures of Shell

Compliance Manager

A day in the life of...

- Define yearly audit plan, lead internal audits for quality including Q Compliance reviews and participate in factory internal audit team
- Ensure NMS and FSMS well implemented, highlighting gaps if any, identify and follow up action plan with stakeholders in a timely manner
- Manage audits with third parties including budget related. Ensure readiness, people awareness and compliance to their requirement
- Manage authorities visits, requirements and feedback when required. Align with stakeholders about any local or export regulatory requirements and ensure compliance to them, facilitate inclusion in QMS.
- Manage Compliance tracking (CTT) with yearly plan and follow up execution of assessment on time, and receival of feedbacks with compliance status, action plan in case of identified gap
- Document Controller ensuring updated instructions and SOPs are in place and well handed to distribution list
- SAP Superuser, ensures compliance through health check, proceeds with relevant system requirements, updates and training
- QMS update
- Ensure and Monitor adherence to surveillance plans including product compliance level (PCL) on CAT
- Daily/ weekly/ monthly/ Quarterly/ yearly reporting for KPIs, including MRQ preparedness, drive monthly trending for overfilling, NQC reporting and block stock for quality reasons.
- Lead digitalization projects in quality
- Consumer complaint coordinator, reporting, collect feedback from stakeholders
-Import Finished Product release and participate in FERT releases
- Perform any other duty/tasks assigned to him/her from time to time as per the business need

What will make you successful

- 8+ years of experience in similar field
- Science background (Pharmacy, Science, Agriculture)
- Good communication skills
- Auditing experience is required
- English Language is a must
- SAP knowledge is preferred
