HEAD OF SALES CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve sales targets with the allocated budget and manpower.
Provide direction to facilitate goal-setting process in line with Corporate , Marketing & trade Departments
Goal setting per supervisor/FLM/District Managers with a frequent monitoring of their performance; follow up sales administration, monitor progress, measure results, reward incentive payments and perform appraisals.
Select, interview new recruits to the sales team and provide in-field coaching to facilitate succession planning.
Control and monitor implementation of sales strategies and tactics and provide feedback and market intelligence to Marketing & trade Department.
Improve contacts with key accounts: identify opportunities for corporate marketing and cultivate as appropriate.
Follow up with different Distributors and monitoring the sales and stocks
Monitor and critically review implementation of tactical plans against key performance indicators/critical success factors and to take corrective action as required
Ensure compliance to COBC, FCPA and company policies
Prepares and presents executive presentations.
Ensures teams are cultivating and maintaining high level relationships within client organizations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures and serve as a role model to all employees by demonstrating full support of Abbott occupational health, safety and environmental programs. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science/Human or Vet Medicine/General Science
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role & experience in Nutrition business is an advantage at least for 2 years
Organization and Industry intelligence.
Strong selling skills base
Analytical skills and territorial planning technique.
Computer skills is a must.

Strong background in some of these listed areas: machine learning, time series analysis / sensor processing, deep learning, optimization/operations research, text analytics/NLP, computer vision
Demonstrated experience in building and applying machine learning / predictive modelling in real-world use cases
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
