Description

Sales

Manage a portfolio of customers achieving revenue goals, sales/service and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services for a specific pre-defined set of customers to create a profitable durable relationship.
Provide the assigned portfolio of mass customers with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the bank and retain their loyalty.

Operation & Service Quality

Follow up with others, departments, pipeline credit/ operations dept. on pending cases.
Ensures handling and covering all customer requests / inquiries to deliver services excellence.
Efficiently handles customers complaints , escalating as appropriate.

CBE, Compliance, Audit, Procedures

Ensure following set procedures as per designation.

B2B Sales Manager

What's the role?

Sales/business experience in related B2B highly preferred Understand indirect channel account management in terms of customer relationship management and customer service management. Strong analysis and problem-solving ability. Strong ability in building and maintaining long term relationship with key customers. Track record in delivering results and achieving business/sales targets. Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.

The role is looking to improve on the quality of the distribution network, focusing our direct business on the big customers, introducing new products, upgrades, and technical services for customers to increase profitability as well as customer satisfaction. Exploring new business opportunities and monitoring competition moves in the market in terms of pricing, products launch, etc.

You will be accountable for the overall team performance defined with, Volume, revenue as well as Overdue & DSOs.

Motivate the team to exceed targets through Coverage, Penetration and Throughput at SKU level and support the deployment of Egypt's digital strategy at Distributor and value chain level; namely the SFA and associated loyalty programs, be accountable for personal and team development and arrange appropriate training to achieve agreed development goals and improve competencies

What we need from you?

Holder of a bachelor's degree in engineering
Extensive sales experience
A strong proven track record of Sales and Sales Management experience, with proven success in developing and managing profitable business
Indirect channel management hands-on experience is a must
Strong business acumen is required in the industrial sector to allow for non-conventional business.
Have a strong sales & negotiation background with winning big deals or strong deal making skills
Proven track record in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams.
Customer centric with strong Customer focus & stakeholder engagement.
Excellent English & Arabic spoken and written is a must have requirement
Strategic thinker and operational experience
Highly entrepreneurial in nature, continuously exploring new opportunities to maximize returns in a challenging a highly competitive market environment
Strong commercial mindset and enhanced interpersonal and communications skills
In depth marketing & product knowledge of Lubricants and it's applications in the major B2B industry sectors and specific customer needs
Proven ability to trouble shooting and solve customer problems by generating value adding solutions which are meeting the customer needs
Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders / partners at different seniority levels

Customer Relationship Officer



MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES

Identifies customer needs and fulfils it with proper bank's products or services
Handles customers' requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products and services in a professional manner and serves all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction
Promotes and sells the bank's products and services to achieve the yearly set targets
Ensures that brochures are up to date and in place
Carries and handles efficiently custody items, keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures
Uses cross-selling techniques with EGBANK existing customers
Adheres to Branch Operating Model
Ensures that customers' profiles are updated through implementing the KYC principle (Know Your Customers)
Migrates customers to various channels (ATM, cheque deposit box)

Carries out any task requested by the Senior Relationship Officer and the Branch Manager

Makes calls upon request to EGBANK existing clients

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Number of customers complaints and the recurrence of the same complaint
Customer feedback surveys and pulse checks
Customer satisfaction rate measured through customer satisfaction surveys
Achievement of individual sales targets and quality targets
Number of cross selling successfully conducted by the job holder
Constant availability of brochures
Number of times the job holder did not adhere to the Branch Operating Model
Number of out-dated customers' profile
Number of remarks and recurrence of remarks in quality assurance individual reports
Number of remarks and recurrence of remarks in audit reports
Number of remarks and recurrence of remarks in compliance reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education : Bachelor degree in finance or business administration
Desired education: Baking principles
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (Writing and speaking)
Ideal experience: 0 – 3 years of experience in customer service or any related field of work
