Branch Manager-Hurghada

Responsibilities

Sales/Relationship Management:

Seek new business opportunities and develop them to maximize business growth.
Achieve payroll & deposits targets via marketing and cross selling the wide range of products to existing/ potential customers attracting new deposits.
Communicates the mission, vision, values and progress of ADIB to branch team.
Provides leadership to a specific branch with a strong focus on sales, sales management and people management.
Personally effective at building the business, deepening relationship and increasing targeted customer base through the execution of an effective sales process.
Accountable for meeting financial targets.
Ensures implementation of ADIB strategy through action plans aimed at acquiring, servicing and building targeted customers through relationship with ADIB.
Develops and implements branch sales plan.
Approve expenses within the assigned approval powers
Provide regular and constructive feedback to management on the operational / business performance of the new branch concept.
Manage, coach & train Branch Staff with the aim of elevating service level and creating team work spirit
Optimizes branch trade area opportunities to develop target market potential and area profitability.
Ensures that the branch team is properly trained to enable them to deliver.
Ensures the safety and soundness of ADIB assets; applies and complies with all ADIB policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Provides clear communication of objectives and plans to achieve them.
Networks within the community in order to acquire new and enhance existing customer relationships and meet corporate objectives.
Visible in representing ADIB's commitment to the customer segments we serve.
Achieving branch budget via effective sales management.
Assist management in conducting management of change.
Monitor and control Branch's attrition, quality of services, quality of files, etc.
Handle escalated customer issues, feedback and complaints
Motivates the branch team to provide a superior banking experience.
Handles more complex targeted customers relationships directly.

Minimum Qualifications:

University/College Degree preferably with Post Graduate Studies.
10-13 years of retail or financial services experience.

Job specific Skills:

Exemplifies core competencies: analysis, candor, communication, customer focus, leadership, teamwork, process management, functional proficiency, managing changes, people management and development.
Business building, superior sales, sales management and coaching skills.
Thorough understanding of branch trade area and the diverse needs of target consumer.
Capacity to interface at several levels both internal and external to the organization.
Knowledge of ADIB regulatory policies, procedures and standards.
Working knowledge of financial planning / asset allocation.
Hands on knowledge of branch systems and operations.
Knowledge of corporate goals and objectives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Negotiation and problem resolution skills.
Good command of the English language

IT Business Engineer

Job Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Liaise with FEC Business and IT counterparts to identify Business needs and fitment to existing or required IT Services/ Solutions (including BI tools).
Responsible for the software analysis for FEC business.
Must provide prompt solutions for effective delivery of FEC business in any software, hardware/technical aspects.
Responsible for the development of custom reports required by business and customization besides the standard reports offered by FEC Applications.
Develop necessary modules to make particular procedures to be more effective for business if required.
Maintenance and Administration of Database Servers MSSQL Server and Other DB's across LEC
Design, test, implement, maintain, and control the organization's physical, relational and object-oriented databases across multiple platforms and computing environments
Participate in the review and further development of data architectures and database management policies and standards
Ensure proper documentation is delivered at each stage/ phase of the new project site by liaising with the project manager and uploaded on the project repository
Participate in the planning, design, and usage of data resources
To develop database systems to automate manual processes
Evaluate current systems and recommend and implement process improvements
Develop ad-hoc reports
Be responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation, documentation, security policy compliance and standards.
Directly responsible on dealing with business on understanding new concept of operations and develop and business flow.
Responsible in building the solution concepts from drafting, development, testing and deployment of System Projects of FEC businesses.
Responsible of the training and presentation of the system solutions to businesses.
Responsible of the Project phase documentation and implementation of solutions
Provide inputs and work closely with the leadership in creating and implementing short and long-term strategic plans for IT as a department that delivers stable, cost-effective, and scalable integrated solutions to meet current and future business requirements of Business.
Contribute to plan and manage the growth of the infrastructure capabilities of the department to cope with the business growth through application of best practices on different technologies
Act as an Advisor to Business for their needs and validate/ propose IT Application Solutions and Services

Minimum experience

Experience in FEC and ticketing Solutions, SQL Server and integration capabilities
Previous experience of more than 5 years in Leisure and Entertainment industry
Experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, functional and technical requirements, coding, debugging, testing, release and operational support.
Experience with software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
Experience in Web Services development and integrations
Knowledge on Programming Languages like Java, C#, VB.NET, PHP and Scripting Languages like VBScript, JavaScript and web development tools
Database Technologies – MS SQL Server 2012, MySQL, MS Access
Experience in data modeling and database design, from conceptualization to database optimization
Experience with large scale and global IT projects
Strong Technical and Functional knowledge

Minimum Qualifications/education

Bachelor's Degree in information Technology or equivalent.
