Area Sales Manager - Liabilities (SME)
Job Purpose:
• To plan, lead, motivate, guide, manage and grow the liabilities business.
• Manage and direct liabilities sales team to achieve targeted volumes as well as service levels.
• Responsible to lead, develop and motivate the liabilities sales team, including performance assessment and appraisal.
• Provide leadership and motivate all reporting staff.
• Monitor, review liabilities sales staff activity and provide guidance to develop/improve their skills & productivity.
• Ensure achievement of set liabilities sales targets on an ongoing basis.
• Provide on the job training to staff and encourage them to enhance their skills so as to provide quality service comparable to a world class organization.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to sell more effectively and expand our liabilities market share.
• Resolve complex customer complaints.
• Ensure perfection in documentation preparation and policy adherence.
• Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. documentation, periodical dealer /client visits / call reports, and formal / informal market feedback to manage the portfolio effectively.
• Develop and review processes to respond to customer's needs and more specifically optimize processes to improve service and reduce costs.
• To ensure adherence to product manuals to improve/maintain the quality of the business within acceptable limits.
• Ensure fraud awareness, compliance programs, procedures & policies are adhered to all team members.
• Provide regular Market feedback to the management to improve the quality, performance and competitiveness of the bank's products and services.
• Identify and reward high performer's staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Job holder must be having 1 year of experience as Team leader/Sales manager/Senior Relationship Manager.
• Job holder shall preferably be a graduate with 4 years plus experience in banking/ finance assignment in Egypt, with min 1 years in a managerial level.
• Should possess good credit sense, in depth market knowledge and well versed with the market practices
• Should be customer focused, achievement, target & sales oriented.
• Good command in spoken English and either Arabic. also good writing skills in English.
• Strong selling skills is required.
• Complete knowledge and clear understanding of Bank's policy.
• Awareness of various financial products / services.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to manage, lead, motivate, and monitor people.
• Leadership and management capabilities.
• Bachelor degree with minimum sales/marketing experience of 4+ years.
• Credit certified is preferred.
