Service Specialist I - Logging and Perf

If you are an expert in a particular well logging service,such as Tool pusher, Memory Production Logging, Memory Caliper Service, or Selective Formation Testing; Halliburton has the job for you.

As a Service Specialist I, you will operate a one-person crew with the express purpose of gathering pertinent service work information from the customer, and utilize this information to perform specific well-logging operations. You will be responsible for assembling, operating, and maintaining well logging equipment, as well as performing pre- and post- job equipment inspections.

This savvy candidate will be able to recognize sales opportunities for the use of additional Halliburton products and services.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 1 year of experience as an Service Operator II and a Commercial driver's license.

You may also be required to have completed a Well Control Accreditation program and water survival training. You must also have basic math, reading comprehension, writing and PC skills.

Maintenance Engineer

Main Purpose:

Responsible for resolving all technical malfunctions for plants machinery through following predetermined maintenance plans while increasing efficiency and reducing downtimes.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure resolving technical malfunction of factory machines that disrupts production processes and report it to Maintenance Section Head.
2. Prepare malfunction reports and breakdown timings.
3. Assist in preparing maintenance plans and work orders.
4. Responsibility for the implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans for various factory machinery by preparing work orders accordingly and forming work groups.
5. Monitors spare parts release from warehouses.
6. Responsible for preparing manpower allocation plan in different work shifts and assigning work orders according to the business need.
7. Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtimes.
8. Suggest machinery modifications ideas if needed and implement if approved.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).

Description

The new joiner will be reporting directly to Egypt's country manager
• Fully responsible for the business cases submissions for Apple Branded Programs and securing the full inter- nal approvals.
• Supervise and manage the execution of the approved business cases.
• Engage on post-mortem analysis on the partners performance on periodical way.
• Manage the quarterly marketing, production, communication and ongoing update of the channel sales and marketing playbooks to the partners (Apple Premium Resellers, Retail Tier 2)
• Manage quarterly, the corresponding sales and marketing plans and budgets in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
• Update on a weekly basis Egypt channel sales and marketing plans overview of the quarter
• Manage and deliver key sales and marketing contents to channel partners, approve execution proposals in accordance with Apple's communication guidelines and track usage on a day to day basis.
• Participate in the creation and development of sales and marketing tools and provide necessary input into Central and country teams involved in the creation of channel tools and assets.
• Participate in the collection of and capture of return on investment data and measurement of channel part- ners performance relating to the program execution and business development funds.
• You will go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem solving, ability to think dynam- ically and outside of standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas.
• During new product launches, you will need to participate in the execution of the program refresh and en- sure 100% compliance during the launch period.
• Ensure best in class customer experience at the points of sales. Apple Demos & displays to be within Apple Merchandising guidelines at all times.
• Monitor the staff training programs and support high standards of community engagement.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's however, if you have relevant experience or similar discipline you are encouraged to apply.

Customer Success Specialist

Job Purpose

This job sits within the Customer Operation Journey forming a critical part of the Customer Fulfilment Cycle. The Customer Success Specialist provides high quality frontline support to existing Shell Customers from Order to payment. Customer Operations Specialist drives proactive communications, value-adding interactions, and effective issue resolution, providing best-in-market Customer experience. Customer Value Proposition that sets Shell apart from its competitors. And supports Account Managers in on-boarding Customers to Shell and delivering all relevant changes to the customer agreement throughout the contract life cycle. The CSS pricing and the contract set up, amendment and management process.

Principal Accountabilities

This role may focus on some or all the accountabilities below, depending on operational requirements. Businesses serviced include but are not limited to: Global Commercial, these activities cover all Customer levels including Key Accounts and Platinum Customers.

Order Management
Place, amend and orders, liaising with other service partners in LSC, OTD & Credit as required
Provide change information of planned shipments to schedulers and scheduling admin team, particularly to VMI Customers
Manage Delivery Status – take ownership of delivery status enquiries and troubleshooting; proactively tracking and Business Partners as required
Delivery Schedule Support Service - proactively call out to Customer, to manage Delivery issues
Schedule standard and non-standard orders (packed product)
Process Returned Product

Credit Management
Debt Collection & Cash Allocation – Administer debt collection, including direct debit rejections, allocations, refund/write-off/write on management, Cash and non-cash security handling
Block Order Management – Monitor open orders, review order status and action blocked orders
Handle basic Customer credit enquiries

Dispute Management

Own the end to end Disputes process for Quantity, Pricing, Tax and Master Data Disputes. This includes logging of dispute, undertaking initial investigation and root cause analysis, liaising with key interfaces to resolve disputes. Close the loop with Customer on case outcome and confirm closure of case

Feedback and Issues
Manage Customer complaints feedback and compliments. Liaise with resolution owners, and other Service Partners as required. Close the loop with customers.
Lubricant Service Administration
Provide basic Customer advice about the scope of the Lubes Analyst Play Book, escalate any consultative advice to Technical Helpdesk.
Coach Customers on how to use the Shell Lubes Analyst systems when recording new machines and oil samples
Contract Management
Work with Account Managers to provide pre-offer, offer and contract management support for standard and non-standard contract set up and maintenance, in compliance with the Offer Book
Execute contract legal and fiscal requirements, working with local legal focals
Follow-up directly with customers on missing contract documentation
Ensure contracts are signed and stored in line with local country requirements
Review contract performance as part of SCM process
Own contract documentation archiving and termination of customer contracts
Support preparing for tender bids
Securing 100% Compliance

General Inquiries

Handle New Business - Receive request for information or quotation from potential new Customers and connect them to the appropriate contact within Shell

Education Requirement/Field of Study: Bachelor's Degree
