RCM (Reliability- Centered maintenance) ENGINEER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct RCM studies for all PH-9 systems in Meridium GE. The no. of PH-9 systems somehow similar to PH-8 systems. • Conduct RCM studies for all GAS Jubail (PH-3, 4, 5, 7, 8, backup and utility) and Yanbu (PH-1, 2, 3, NGU, backup and utility) plants systems. • Review assets in P&ID that have been missed in SAP for PH-9. • Identify RCM systems. • Conduct Functional Failure Analysis (FFA). • Identify function and functional failure. • Identify Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). • Identify failure consequences. • Generate preventive maintenance strategies for RCM analysis outcomes. • Determine the maintenance intervals. • Generate and consolidate RCM recommendation before sending for owner approval. • Upload PM strategies in SAP after approval of RCM recommendation. • Implement the RCM recommendations in Meridium GE with SAP reference no. of maintenance plan and maintenance item. • Gas technical team will review the quality of work upon completion of each activity. Contractor shall mark a hold point for Gas technical team. • Contractor shall comply with GAS safety rules and contractor management policy. • All the personal employed by the contractor shall have safety induction course conducted by GAS. The contractor staff shall familiarize with the plant entry requirements by coordinating with the Industrial security department and RC area Minimum Competence Requirement • Candidates should have at least 10 years' experience as RCM engineer with Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation degree. • RCM engineer shall have RCM advance certification. • RCM engineer shall be certificate in RCM module software. • RCM engineer shall have leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, training and presentation skill. • RCM engineer shall have a good knowledge of Rotating Machinery thermodynamics, design, operation & maintenance and related standards such as ASME codes and API standards. • RCM team shall have thorough understanding with practical experience in implementation of techniques used in maintenance reliability of rotating equipment such as RCM, RCA etc. • RCM team shall possess experience in utilization of Meridium GE software. interested candidate please send your CV in word format to: eng@rp-jobs.com with the job code (RCMS01) in the subject Egyptians only can apply

Senior Associate, Documentary Credits Closing date: 15-May-2022 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure Documentary Credit applications are compliant with the financing terms and conditions, corporation's Policies and Guidelines, Uniform Customs and Practice and International Standby Practices Handle the Issuance, Confirmation, Amendment, Extension, Negotiation, Acceptance and Cancellation of Import/Export Letters of Credit and Standby Letters of Credit Drafting the technical terms and conditions to ensure proper construction of Documentary Letters of Credit Examine Documentary Credits and trade documents for adherence with L/C terms, Uniform Customs and Practice, and consistency across trade documents Comply with set quality and controls when reviewing documentation, endorsement, and dispatching Ensure accuracy and timely recording of activities in the system Adhere to the controls within the set guidelines specific to compliance in coordination with the compliance function, Bill of Lading verification, invoices, verification of container at the port etc. Maintain complete records and track existing Letters of Credit for pending inquiries, discrepancies and resolution of documents and reporting as per department procedures Build positive client experience through support and trade advice on workability of the Documentary Credit Participate in department level improvement initiatives for Documentary Credits, documentation of manuals, department work plans, system development and enhancements etc. Check all relevant documentation for completeness, comprehensiveness, and accuracy to ensure that the required documentation is in place and liaising with Credit Admin to complete the required documentation, if needed. Coordinate with concerned functions to facilitate all associated activities, as required. Generating activity/progress reports for management and the clients Liaising with banks and other intermediary financial institutions to resolve any issues and ensuring all tasks are properly handled. Responding to requests and inquiries relating to documentary credit. Preparing relevant SWIFT messages Qualifications & Other Certifications: Bachelors/Graduate degree in Business, Finance or Economics Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) Trade Operations Language Skills: English and Arabic are compulsory Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in Trade Finance Operations especially in Documentary Credits To Apply |
