Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft
• Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)
• Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
• Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group

Specialist Distribution Center Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the day-to-day DC Operations tasks: inbound, pick and pack, documentation, dispatches.
Manage the L0 and L1 costs for the DC, timely complete all the financial processes as required
Drive cost reductions and quality improvements initiatives
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Operational Reviews (DOR-WOR-MOR)
Seek continuous improvements in terms of utilization, frequency and lead times
Standard Operating Procedure to be constantly monitored, improved and executed
Plan and coordinate Reverse Logistics tasks: Returns to DC / store-to-store transfers

Problem solving, solutions and process management
Monitor and report monthly actual costs / volumes compared to budget
Support to SCM management with ad-hoc Projects and other DC activities

Key Account Executive - Cozmo Egypt

Job Purpose

To achieve commercial objectives in the assigned area/territory from different channels, building effective business relationships, enhancing brand visibility and promoting company's products and services.
To achieve targets, carry marketing campaigns and promotions, and increase the market share of the company ensuring productivity is in line with set measures and company's adopted policies and procedures

Key Result Responsibilities

Achieves and exceeds the set sales targets in the assigned area/territory; constantly reviews financial data to evaluate performance; identifies shortages, determines root causes, recommends changes to Sales Manager, and implements corrective measures accordingly.

Identifies new opportunities to maximize sales adopting different channels such as existing/new travel agencies, corporates and online portals in the assigned area.

Carries field visits to identify key contacts and decision makers in travel agencies; makes appointments and conducts meetings to educate and influence them promote Air Arabia products and services.

Develops/maintains effective business relationships with travel agencies, GSAs, government departments, ministries, tourism companies, as well as individual agents and trade companies, to increase distribution, enhance business and grow sales.
Builds/maintains rapport with stakeholders and key customers in the respective area with an accurate database.
Conducts field visits, bench-mark analysis to keep abreast with competitors' position, market conditions, and customer needs affecting market trends.
Prepares timely sales performance reports for the respective Manager to agree on necessary action and ensure required load factors.

Key Result Responsibilities

Recognizes the unique needs of the assigned territory versus Air Arabia products and services; evaluates flights and fares with Sales Manager/Revenue Management Team, identifies new route opportunities and recommends the same to respective Manager with a proper business case.

Provides support and necessary guidance/training to sales agents on new products, systems and preferred sales techniques needed to promote Air Arabia in the respective area.

Collaborates with Sales Manager, Marketing &Corporate Communications, to coordinate marketing campaigns and activities such as road-shows, trade presentations, and FAM trips to ensure increased branding visibility.

Liaises with the E-Business team to promote online sales and increase ancillary revenue through directed sales activities.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Bachelor degree in Management or equivalent.
Additional qualification in Aviation/IATA/Tourism is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
Good in English Language (Arabic where necessary).
Valid Driver's License in the assigned territory is preferred.

Work Experience

1-2 years of related sales experience, preferably in Aviation/Airline or tourism industry, experience with low cost airline is a plus.
Possesses effective persuasive sales and marketing skills and techniques.
Proven skills in analyzing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending effective solutions.
Cost-oriented, possesses effective persuasive, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills.
Employs a balance of technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives that support company's objectives.
Capable of understanding market needs, trends, and planning accordingly.
Capable of developing reports, comparison sheets, and charts as well as utilizing statistics to identify trends and support the revenue team with recommendations.
Capable of developing and conducting power point presentation to clients.

Associate Banker, Cairo

Accountabilities:

Structuring and Execution

Work as a project team member on transactions, contributing to all aspects of project structuring and execution, including working with client counterparts, consultants and other parties to progress the project;
Be the primary driver of the scope and quality of project due diligence, including financial, market, integrity and EBRD policy compliance;
Prepare internal project documentation, including approval project memoranda, financial models, draft term sheets, presentations, etc. as and when required;
Take responsibility, as Technical Cooperation (TC) operation leader, to design and process technical co-operation assistance, ensuring that TC processing and approval fits with the approval schedule of any related investment project or the related policy dialogue initiative;
Ensure that all tasks within his/her are completed within the specified time frames to a high standard and in line with the policies, procedures and objectives of the Bank.

Portfolio Monitoring, Value Creation and Reporting

Take responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of all projects to which the Associate Banker is assigned, including compliance with project agreements and Bank procedures related to disbursement; monitoring of progress of the project implementation and financial performance of the client; assessing evolving risk factors and monitoring and assessing covenant compliance, in the case of more senior Associate's they may become the OL for the project once it is in implementation and/or monitoring phase;
Prepare timely and comprehensive monitoring reports and include recommendations for corrective actions where required and ensure these proposed corrective actions and recommendations are brought to the attention of more senior team members;
As TC operation leader, ensure effective implementation and monitoring of TC assignments to ensure their compliance with donor reporting requirements, operational objectives and that all reports are of a high quality;

As a project team member perform all such tasks as may be assigned by the operation leader and provide constructive advice, guidance and supervision to more junior members of the project team.

Business Development

Assist, as required, with marketing and business development efforts.

The responsibilities of the Associate Banker are designed to allow for the development of transaction expertise and expansion of responsibilities, leading to assuming the role of an operation leader on standard, non-complex transactions. In such cases, the Associate Banker's accountabilities and responsibilities would be increased to undertake a role of an operation leader under the supervision/guidance of more senior bankers or the Team Director.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the areas of expertise.
Proven interest and sound understanding of energy industry in Egypt is desirable.
Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA desirable.
Relevant financial industry experience in Egypt from an investment or commercial bank, private equity firm, asset management firm, or auditing/financial consulting firm operating to international standards.
Practical experience of participating in transactions through the full project life cycle.
Previous project finance or corporate debt experience is an advantage.
Exposure to industry/country experience.
Strong quantitative/numerical skills are critical with the ability to interpret financial information and to design and use financial models.
Credit analysis skills, with the ability to interpret accounts, understanding local and international accounting principles and practice of credit analysis.
Computer literacy, conversant with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet packages including financial analysis and modelling modules.
Excellent understanding of relevant systems and processes.
Ability to work effectively as a team member and under time pressure to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Good command over of Arabic language is an advantage.
