Perforating Specialist

Under general supervision, provides perforating and plug setting job design, job preparation, well support, job execution, and post job analysis to NWA/Country customers and can lead a crew in providing complex perforating and plug setting services in compliance with HMS processes. Well defined assignments with clear and specified objectives are completed independently. Responsible for pre-planning, job execution, post job analysis, and overall performance of company assets on location. Responsible for ensuring equipment maintenance is recorded and can complete all well site and post-job paperwork. Develops personal relationship with the technical customer base in designated area and is accountable for onsite customer satisfaction. Functions as a communications link between customer and the Technical Sales / Solutions Team. Promotes process improvements within the assigned Country or Natural Work Area (NWA). Provides guidance on basic tasks to junior specialists. Completion of an Associate's degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline preferred or an equivalent combination of technical education or certification and associated relevant experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may also be considered. Completion of required internal training, competencies plus two years Cased Hole Field operations experience including experience in perforating and plug setting required.

Job Role Summary

Supervise all tests required for all products and raw materials in accordance with approved QC and guide specifications using approved test methods and revise/approve the relevant certificate of analysis while ensuring that testing and reporting are performed accurately and timely.
Perform, revise and keep records of scheduled maintenance, calibration and SQC for laboratory equipment, Handle communication with equipment's agents to make necessary maintenance, services and new equipment, commissioning. Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals required for efficient operation.
Keep approved and updated QC requirements products and raw materials and update QALIMS Sample Types and Methods when required and get the necessary approval for the changes.
Maintain laboratory working instructions for all equipment and activities and ensure that they are applied in-line with DIAF, QP&G &ISO. Perform training and test method assessments for Technicians to ensure quality work and approved testing methods are in place.
Run the Experimental blends for new products or to modify existing formulation to meet quality requirements as well as quality assignment for new projects & improve LBO process to achieve the max savings.
Provide support for Sales & Marketing through supervising the used oil analysis required for solving customer's technical problem and customer complaints in timely and precise manner.
Implement and follow up OIMS regulations, procedures & guidelines in his domain to ensure full compliance of all laboratory Technicians, equipment and facilities with OIMS.

The Product management Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting in the various product related areas

Main Tasks

Product Adaptation
• Prepare new product briefings presentation for the retail network.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of national sales types. Master data on respective platforms.
• Analyze individual market ordering patterns and equipment take-rates

Coordination of Product Launch and Retail alignment
• Handling local product Literature: drafting local market brochures and flyers according to the latest updates in the market and coordinating with the responsible agency

• Manage and lead the product lifecycle and launch blueprint process between the departments

Market and Competitors Analysis

Qualifications

Educational Background
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration required from a reputable university
• 1-2 years of experience in the field of automotive is a plus.

Process Improvement Head | Finance Shared Service Centre | Egypt

 JOB PURPOSE:

Focused on end to end process improvement of all the Finance processes being executed within FSSC. PI Head to (a) Drive continuous improvements and automation across I2P, O2C, Treasury, Tax and R2R processes (b) support head FSSC and tower heads in identifying process risk areas (c) Ensure delivery of external and internal MIS (d) Lead NPS and CSAT surveys (e) train teams on Six sigma and lean methodology.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
FSSC process and control framework analysis and improvement
• Support PI leads in review of existing processes, perform risk assessment and best practice gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities in terms of efficiencies, automation and technology enablement of FSSC operations
• Review current control framework, perform risk assessment and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure Adequate quality controls are implemented, and robust measurement and reporting system is in place to drive Surprise Free Operations (SFO)
• Support in execution of IA audit observations; embed IA findings into Process and Improvement process and control framework development plan

FSSC process improvement initiatives
• Identify & mentor key quality initiatives Green/Black/Yellow Belt projects in FSSC
• Ensure standardization of documents (Process Maps, SOPs, SOWs, SLAs, Checklists etc.) along with tower heads
• Design & Lead implementation of Metrics (SLAs, RSLAs, CSLAs & KPIs) by tower (I2P, O2C, R2R, Tax & Treasury)
• Monitor timely circulation of Internal and External Dashboards (weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
• Drive Optimization - Analysis of capacity, utilization & efficiency of processes, people and systems
• Development of metrics & dashboards in line with customer requirements, FMEA, CAPA etc.
• Develop and lead execution for launching NPS / Customer feedback survey

Automation
• Identify & lead automation of manual processes, interfaces and controls for process improvement
• Identify & drive Standardization & Simplification projects across all towers e.g. I2P, O2C, Treasury, Tax and R2R
• Drive Access controls/GRC controls

People management
• Assist management with career development activities for team lead and team members, including performance management and feedback
• Ensure adequate guidance and training of team members to meet service delivery targets
• Responsible for attrition management and timely backfills
Technical Expertise:
• Six sigma certified holder (preferably green belt)

JOB CONTEXT:
• Job holder is required to interact with Head of FSSC, tower heads and business counterpart to drive quality initiatives, process standardization / simplification, identify and
oversee continues improvement opportunities. Understanding of systems (SAP and Policy / Procedures) is important to bring more values to the organization

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Educational qualifications: MBA Finance, ACA, CFA, CIMA qualified accountant or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 10-12 years of experience in project and process improvements in shared services organization, with a good knowledge of ERP systems (Preferably SAP).

Job-Specific Skills:

• Excellent project management skills, analytical mindset, process oriented, well organized, Analyze end to end F&A process for identification of gaps/risks and mapping of quality controls (corrective & preventive)

Behavioral Competencies:
• Leader: Deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies
• Stakeholder management: excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at finance manager and at CFO level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led finance projects
