Organizes group meetings in major hospitals & private insurance parties. Proposes new ideas & build plan in his/her area to help in achieving the ubiquity of the comprehensive genomic profiling. Participates in the running of local events (symposia, customer meetings, campaigns, and training sessions). Identifies important customers and keeps customer classification (A-B or C customers) up-to-date on the CRM System. Update the account strategies between send out/in-house solutions as per account needs & segmentation. Continuously revises and updates the customer list & no. of patient in co-operation with the team. Positively participates in internal meetings to review and discuss Achievements, Opportunities/challenges, Competitors activities & Plans. Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unit within Roche timelines. Communication role: In collaboration with the PHC Network: Develop and communicate key PHC messages related to given project with relevant internal & external stakeholders. Negotiate contracts with third party suppliers / PR agencies Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related communication materials. Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Prepare detailed media activity reports. Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all communication materials. Work with different chapters to generate new ideas and strategies. Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready. Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner Skills/Expertise Technical Strong business acumen and TAEs relationship management. Strong accounts planning and management. Highly scientific knowledge. Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Expertise A minimum of 2years' experience in pharma. Oncology experience is a plus Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous. |

And exchange with the MSL about the long-term issues (capacity, gap between capacity and demand) - Determine the stock and supply parameters according to the objectives of service rate, costs and global targeted stock. - Manage the replenishment process through the evaluation of the shortage risks and by communicating priorities to the MSL. - Manage stock levels in accordance with the objectives of the country and analyze obsoletes and slow movers. Define and implement action plans. |
