Takes care of answering complex queries and transactions related to payroll which could not be solved by the front line supportResponsible for the processes in scopeProvides trainings to front line support in order to increase the first contact resolution rateResponsible to escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate expertsTo guide and become the second reference point for team member (Junior) for HR processes and SAP related queriesResponsible to maintain and sustain the Knowledge Base and Nimbus for countries in scopeContribute to projects in scopeResponsible to ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislationResponsible for all payroll actions on SAP systemContacts the HR in the divisions to receive the payroll dataInteracts with PY outsourcing providerDocuments all necessary communications & approvals requiredResponsible for payroll validation and reconciliation by validating all the payroll re-ceived from outsourced provider before approval by divisionsTransferring the payroll payments to the BanksContacts the finance & bank to issue the checks of resigned & new hires associatesResponsible for payroll & benefits data timely and accurately delivered to related systems to support implementation of pay & benefit programProcess the employee salary increases, bonuses, awards, allowances & deductionsProvides data completeness, integrity and accuracy analytics and KPIsAct as a true team player, working in partnership with all colleagues in the Shared Service Center. Minimum requirements BA of relevant academic study, as well as 3-4 years of experience in running a payroll function and familiar with Egyptian legislations; SAP background is recommended
