Description The Stewardship and Alumni Relations Officer works within CACs Office of Alumni and Community Engagement (ACE Office). The ACE Office is responsible for developing an annual fundraising plan that engages CACs community of alumni, friends, and corporate partners in support of the school. It also oversees all advancement efforts for the school including development/fundraising, alumni/community relations, and communications/branding. The Stewardship and Alumni Relations Officer will be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the recognition and engagement of all donors to Cairo American College (CAC) and Cairo American College Foundation (CACF) including member communications, internal communications and reporting, assisting with alumni relations (connection building), and event management. The Stewardship and Alumni Relations Officer will work with the ACE Office director to manage the donor cycle, create effective and engaging communications and to develop, coordinate and manage all donor records for both CAC and CACF, and general administrative tasks related to operations of CACF.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree minimum with emphasis on public relations or communications.
2 years experience in Development and/or Alumni Relations
Exhibit attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent written and spoken Arabic (preferred), knowledge of other languages a plus.
