Position Title : HR Business Partner Professional
Acts as an advisor, providing expertise on operational work processes, policies and compliance guidelines pertaining to Human Resources
Reviews work processes to identify potential areas of improvement and supervises their implementation
Provides recommendations, remedial actions and measures for course correction on specific complex escalations
Suggests remedial actions and measures for course correction on unresolved escalations
Analyses reports and metrics, identifying potential issues and undertaking preventive measures to mitigate relevant business and people risks
Advises on articulating strategies for various Human Resources Business Partner activities, in compliance with overall HR strategy
Advises on managing large scale HR projects and initiatives, under the guidance of the reporting senior
Participates in advising on the articulation and implementation of an effective HRBP strategy, in order to upgrade and maintain the knowledge, skills and competencies of employees
